Tung oil is a very important and abundant renewable resource in China.In our country,the use of tung oil is a single use of the way and the low added value of products is a problem.Therefore,it is of great significance to modify the tung oil to widen the application area of tung oil and improve the added value of tung oil and its derivatives.In this paper,based on the review of the preparation and properties of tung oil modified materials,a series of functional tung oil derivatives modified by acrylic ester were designed and synthesized.Specific research contents and results are as follows:Eleostearate acid was prepared by saponification of tung oil.The preparation process of which was optimized.The effect of the reaction conditions on the structure of the product was investigated,and the structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and~1H NMR.Tung oil reacted with HDDA or acrylic with mole ratio of 1:3 at 140~150?for 3h without catalyst,two eleostearate acid chain of tung oil reacted with reactant via Diels-Alder reaction resulting TH and TA.The conversion rate of reaction was about 70%.Tung oil reacted with HDDA and acrylic with mole ratio of 1:1.2:1.2,forming photo-curable emulsifier THA.The three products were characterized by FT-IR,~1H NMR.Under the condition of no catalyst,TMA3 were prepared with tung oil and maleic acid,which could generate sextuple heads emulsifier after neutralization,which compared with TM3 characterization.TM1,TM2,TM3 were prepared with the mole ratio of 1:1,1:2 and1:3 of tung oil and maleic anhydride.After that,the products reacted with HEMA to obtain a variety of tung oil anhydride hydroxyl ethyl ester,which can be used to prepare different emulsifier by neutralizing.The synthesis condition and structure of product were investigated.Surface tension and CMC value and emulsifying property of TA,THA sodium salt and3~6 heads emulsifier were tested.TH,THA and tung oil anhydride hydroxyl ethyl ester combined with UV curing resin and diluent to form a UV curable gel,which cured by UV to form a film with unique performance.The influence of different types resin and diluent for membrane performance was investigated based on different curing light film.
