With the rapid development of China's economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standards,people have increasingly higher requirements for the cold-proof and warm clothing used in winter.The traditional winter warm clothing mostly are made of the heavy thermal insulation material,which only can meet the needs of thermal insulation properties of clothing,but they cannot meet the needs of consumers.Nowadays,the demands of consumer are required for clothing wearing beautiful and decent,and also required clothing to be lightweight and comfortable.Therefore,there is a great demand for the new-type thermal floccules with light in weight and excellent thermal insulation properties.In order to study thermal insulation properties of the superfine polyester fiber and the polyimide fiber,the study chose the three-dimensional crimped hollow polyester fiber,the normal polyester fiber and the polyester fiber with low melting point to blend with the superfine polyester fibers and the polyimide fiber respectively,and then make two sets of the new type chemical fiber floccules.In order to find out the best fiber ratio of two sets of the new chemical fiber floccules,the air permeability,the compression resilient and the thermal insulation properties of two sets of the new chemical fiber floccules were tested and analyzed respectively.Two new types of chemical fiber floccules were compared with wool floccules with better thermal insulation property and down floccules.Compared the thickness and the mass of floccules corrected thermal resistance,and analyzed differences of the thermal insulation properties of different-sized materials.And it analyzed the thermal mechanism of the different thermal materials and the heat and moisture transfer mechanism of the thermal flocculent materials.The study of the thermal insulation properties of the new type chemical fiber floccules is of certain guiding significance to develop of the new type chemical fiber floccules.
