Study On Washing Method And Technology Of Silk Fabrics

On the one hand,the effects of washing conditions on the color of three kinds of silk fabrics in the process of machine washing were investigated,and the effects of washing time,washing temperature and detergent concentration on the color of three kinds of silk fabrics were compared.On the other hand,the washing method and technology of eleven common stains were studied.For the easy-to-handle stains,the effects of detergent concentration,washing time and liquor ratio on the whiteness value and L,a,b values were mainly explored;For five kinds of difficult-to-remove stains such as red wine,grass stains and coffee,a variety of additives were used to treat them.The decontamination effect was evaluated by determining the whiteness of the treated stains.The main conclusions are as follow:(1)With the extension of washing time,rise of washing temperature and increase of detergent concentration,the K/S value of three kinds of silk fabrics decreases,the color difference(?E)of three kinds of silk fabrics in contract increases.In the process of machine washing,the washing time should be less than 45 minutes,the washing temperature should be no more than 35? and the detergent concentration should be less than 10g/L,so that the color difference of silk fabrics is less than 1.(2)Stains like mango,tomato,ice cream,chocolate,soy sauce and cooking oil are easier to wash off.With the increase of detergent concentration,washing time and liquor ratio,the whiteness value increases.(3)Cola is a stain that is relatively difficult to wash.It is first scrubbed with sophorolipid emulsion for 3 minutes and washed with 5g/L silk wool detergent in washing machine for 30 minutes,most of which can be removed.Red wine,grass stains,coffee,and liquid foundation are relatively stubborn stains.The liquid foundation stain cloth is shortened the staining time to 30 minutes or less,and the liquid foundation is scrubbed for 30 minutes in 5g/L silk and wool detergentsolution,and the whiteness can reach 66;The grass stain cloth is washed with a compound detergent for 30 minutes,and the whiteness value can reach 53;The mixture of diethylene glycol monomethyl ether and sophorolipid has good effect on washing the red wine stain cloth;The coffee stain cloth can be partly removed by the mixture of diethylene glycol monomethyl ether and benzyl alcohol.
