The goaf is one of the important hazard sources in metal mines,which seriously restricts the healthy development of the mine.Tailings and waste filling can effectively eliminate the potential safety hazard.For a long time,Short-hole shrinkage stoping is a common mining method adopted in metal mines for tungsten mine,Manganese mine,Gold mine,and so on,which leads to many goafs in the underground.With the deep green mountains and rivers is the gold mountain concept,the old production model is not suitable for the development of the new situation.Therefore,it is urgent to research for the technical of the goaf treatment and improve the level of the mine's essential safety.(1)By investigation and measurement wall rock of the joints,fillings,filling and thickness,shape and joint spacing,the total length of the 9+5 line is 392.6+211.21m,and the effective joint number is 1179+296.The wall rock is metamorphic sandstone and slate,porphyre,diabase and so on.The joints are mainly wavy,flat and closed,with less horizontal joints.The dominant joints are 50-70 and 270-280 degree,the inclination angle is 140-150and 180-190 degree,the dip angle is 70-90 degree.The fillings between the joints are detritus,quartz,mud and so on;the rock mass is rich in water,moisture,water and other problems.(2)Using 3D laser radar to detect imaging technology and carry out goaf detection,the number,spatial geometry and location distribution of mine goaf have been basically understood.The volume of the non controlled goaf is about 4.728*10~6 m~3,The controlled volume is 5.96*10~6 m~3,in which,The volume of waste fill is 3.56*10~6 m~3,the volume of cemented filling is 1.92*10~6 m~3.(3)The 5 typical goafs such as the large cross section double haulageway,the 'rice shaped' plate area of goaf,the three middle section through goaf,the large exposure area of goaf,the long trend distance of goaf are selected,to study on the stability of goaf in narrow vein by establishing a numerical model,to analysis of the influence of the volume,shape,distribution and distance of the empty area on the mining of the enriched ore block,to analysis of the influence of the upper middle section of the empty area on the deep mining,to analysis of the influence of the large exposed area of the goaf on the pillar of the pillar,to compare the influence of filling,filling and filling type on the surrounding stope(4)Combined with waste filling and tailing filling system in mine,according to the goaf characteristics in the different levels,puts forward the technical proposal with blocking technology to control the goaf in the middle section of+535m above,with waste rock and full tailings filling to deal with the goaf under+535m level designed in the middle of tailings filling pipe the layout and filling approach.The research results can effectively guide the mine safety mining,improve the intrinsic safety level,and provide technical support for the domestic mined out area management,so as to reduce the probability of the occurrence of engineering geological hazards in the mined out area.
