7050 aluminum alloy has the advantages of high strength,light weight and high fracture toughness.It belongs to light and high strength structural materials,and has been widely used in the field of aerospace and weapon equipment.However,the deformation will occur during the processing,and the deformations of different batches of blank after machining are different.In order to prevent the deformation of long stringer of a certain type of aircraft and control it within technical specifications,in this paper,the deformation of single side ribbed structure of aluminum alloy is studied.The general rule of the influence of tool paths,cutting parameters and tool selection on the cutting deformation of thin-walled parts has been grasped.A process optimization plan aiming at the processing deformation caused by the fluctuation of initial residual stress is also put forward,and verified by actual machining.In this paper,the basic research on the deformation of aluminum alloy has been carried out.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Through the typical thin wall cutting experiment and deformation simulation analysis,the influence of cutting parameters,tool paths and number of cutter teeth on the cutting force and the surface residual stress is mastered.The process scheme for reducing the deformation and optimizing the residual stress is put forward.(2)According to the stress test of two kinds of thickness and multiple batches of aluminum alloy plates,the distribution of initial stress and the fluctuation data of the plates are obtained.The theoretical and simulation analysis of machining deformation of single part is carried out,and the general method of controlling the machining deformation through parts location,machining sequence and finishing allowance is mastered.(3)Based on the fluctuation of initial residual stress,the bending deformation function of the single side part is constructed.The stress and deformation of the long stringer section after the material removal is analyzed,and the internal relationship between the location of the parts and finishing allowance and the stability of the bending deformation is clarified.The control method of deformation fluctuation is proposed and verified by experiment.
