With the development of infrared technology,the high-temperature and low-infrared emissivity silicate-based coatings in the hot section of the engine have received more and more attention.CeO2-based coatings have good heat resistance performance and low infrared emissivity in 35?m waveband at high temperature.However,the performance of thermal shock resistance to be improved at 800°C.In this paper,through the secondary heat treatment of CeO2 and the addition of ball milled and modified K2Ti6O13whiskers,the coating has low infrared emissivity and high thermal shock resistance.And optimize the spray coating process.Finally,a high-temperature low-infrared emissivity coating with the best thermal shock resistance performance was selected for comprehensive performance testing.First of all,through the secondary heat treatment of CeO2,the infrared emission of CeO2 in the35?m band is further reduced.Later,in order to enhance the toughness of the coating and improve the thermal shock resistance of the coating,K2Ti6O13whiskers were added to CeO2to study the effect of K2Ti6O133 whisker addition amount and ball milling treatment on the coating performance.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of K2Ti6O133 whiskers settling,it is necessary to improve the suspension performance of K2Ti6O13whisker by stearic acid,PEG400 and KH560 modification.Finally,this paper optimizes the process parameters of coating preparation by orthogonal experiment and tests the comprehensive performance of the coating after optimization.The results show that after adding K2Ti6O13whiskers,the surface conditions of the coating are improved,the cracks are reduced,low infrared emissivity in 35?m waveband and the thermal shock resistance at 800°C reaches 72 times.The coating has good temperature resistance and good oxidation resistance.These results show that the coating can effectively shield a long high temperature,it has a certain significance for improving the reliability and service life of the engine hot section parts.
