At present,In industrial production and people's daily life,conductive fiber application field is very wide.Such as the anti-static gloves,dust-proof overalls and so on,both durable and beautiful and easy,anti-electromagnetic radiation function,in the electronics industry,clothing,aerospace,biological sciences,and other fields have a broad space for development.In this paper,polyester fiber does not contain-CN,no direct plating of copper sulfide,as iron trichloride to be the oxidizer,by changing the chemical plating process conditions,inspected the change of the resistivity of the trend after plating the PPY in the polyester fiber and the best process conditions were determined.And then The preconditioning conditions:the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 200 g/L;the temperature of alkali-minimization was 80?;the time of alkali-minimization was 15 min.The preparation conditions of polypyrrole conductive layer:the concentration of pyrrole was 0.1 mol/L;the temperature of soaking was 30?;the time of soaking was 25 min;the concentration of iron trichloride was0.025 mol/L;the reaction temperature was 30?;the reaction time was 60 min.To further enhance the conductivity of the conductive polyester fibers of polypyrrole,this topic had been studied with double coating process,which formed double coating conductive composite fibers by plating the Cu9S5 that had more conductivity on the polypyrrole conductive layers.The best process conditions of plating Cu9S5:the concentration of copper sulfate was 3 g/L;the temperature of soaking was 40?;the time of soaking was 10min;the concentration of sodium thiosulfate was 3.6 g/L;the concentration of silver nitrate was 0.15 g/L;pH was 2;the reaction temperature was 65?;the reaction time was 35 min.TGA,FTIR,SEM,XRD and EDS techniques were used to analyse the structure of double coating conductive polyester fibers and inspect the stability of the product.The results showed that conductive fibers surface was smooth and uniform,and coatings had a high degree of crystallinity,high resistance of humidity and high temperature and acid,as well as better environmental stability.Because the principle that the electron-donating ability of nitrogen atom in polypyrrole structure and S,P orbits of Cu+outer,the combination showed a better conductivity and environmental stability,compared with the single coated conductive polyester fiber of polypyrrole,its conductivity increased by nearly 20 times,and the resistance ratio reached the lowest value of 6.1×102?/cm,which widened the application field of conductive fiber.broaden the application field of conductive fibers.
