Study On Application And Detection Technology Of Coating Nitrocellulose

Generally nitrocellulose with nitrogen content of 11.5%~12.2% is a basic film-forming coating,which is referred to as NC-base paint or NC-base Coating in the industry.The most widely used areas of nitro-based coatings are wood paints and inks.In order to ensure the safety of transportation,storage and use of nitrocellulose,a method of making nitrocellulose solution and nitrocellulose chip from nitrocellulose was proposed,that is to say,Nitrocellulose solution is obtained by dissolving,dispersing and filtering Nitrocellulose in solvents,and NC chips were prepared by plasticizing nitrocellulose with plasticizer and rolling drying slicing process.In this paper,the preparation process of nitrocellulose solution was studied according to the actual situation of the author's enterprise.firstly in order to reduce the cost of long distance transportation,the production method of nitrocellulose solution with high viscosity and high solid content was discussed,and then According to the requirements of national environmental protection,the method of changing benzene production line to non-benzene production line was discussed,the analysis index of benzene-free cotton solution was established,and the production method of benzene-free nitrocellulose solution was discussed.At the same time,an analysis and detection method matching the production process is established,and the links of impact analysis results are analyzed,and the analysis method is optimized.Starting from the production route of NC chip,this paper studies the main links in the production of NC chip,studies the plasticizing process parameters,the rolling process combining horizontal rolling with vertical rolling,the drying process parameters,and obtains the production process flow chart of NC chip,The alkali washing process,a safety treatment process matched with the continuous NC chip production line,was studied,and the alkali washing cycle has been explored.Analytical methods of nitro-lacquer plasticizer and nitro-chip matched with production process were established.Environmental-friendly plasticizer was used instead of gradually banned phthalate plasticizer,and acceptance standards of products has been established.
