Study On Wax Deposition Of Crude Oil And Emulsion

Wax deposition of crude oil emulsion is one of the important problems in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering.In the actual process of oil transportation,the wax deposition of crude oil emulsion can reduce the transportation capacity of pipeline,and cause blockage accident.At present,there are many domestic and foreign scholars on the study of single phase crude oil wax deposition,and some effective single phase crude oil wax deposition model is proposed.However,there is no in-depth study on emulsion wax deposition.In this paper,the wax deposition experiment of Qin Jing oil and emulsion was studied.The effects of oil temperature,wall temperature,temperature range,flow velocity and water cut of emulsion on wax deposition were studied.In this paper,the properties of sediments are studied,and the wax content of sediments decreases from the bottom to the surface,so as the mass fraction of the high carbon number molecules.The effects of wall temperature,flow velocity and the temperature of the oil on the properties of the sediments,and the growth of the deposit layer are studied in this paper.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of the test section is established,and the temperature field of the sedimentary section is simulated by FLUENT.According to the data of emulsion wax deposition experiment,the wax deposition rate predictor of oil in water emulsion is fitted,and the prediction error is less than 30%.
