The electrical submersible pump(ESP)is currently the fastest growing artificial-lift pumping technology due to its high performance.As an efficient and reliable artificial lift method,ESPs are widely deployed in the offshore oil fields and high production volume high water-cut and greater depth wells.However,ESP performance often declines without much warning and reaches the point of service interruption due to factors like high gas volumes,high temperature,and corrosive environments.The financial impact of ESP service interruption is substantial,from both lost production and replacement costs.Therefore,ESP performance real time monitoring and breakdown preventing has become a key problem need to be solved of ESP well production management.With the popularity of smart phones and the rapid development of mobile Internet,social network,mobile payment,taxi navigation,takeaway ordering and other mobile applications emerging in an endless stream,to bring convenience to us and has profoundly changed people's living habits.The development of mobile Internet,Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing and other technologies bring us into the era of big data and artificial intelligence.Mobile Internet and big data technology has brought a huge commercial value to the Internet companies.In the context of low oil prices,the application of mobile Internet and big data technology in the oilfield has become a new choice to reducing cost and increasing benefits for oil companies.This paper analyzes the inflow performance of electric submersible pump well,pressure and temperature profile in the tubing multiphase flow,ESP performance curve and ammeter cards,establish the theory analysis model of ESP wells;use principal component analysis(PCA),cluster analysis and discriminant analysis methods,processing the downhole real-time data of ESP,establish the data analysis model of ESP wells;build a production analysis and early warning system of ESP wells on the server,and the analysis application and database is running on the server and providing data interface for smart phones.Using Windows 10 UWP technology to develop a mobile application,a comprehensive analysis and warning information of ESP well could obtain from the server by theoretical analysis model and data analysis model by using a smart phone,realize the management and analysis of electric submersible pump wells using mobile devices.Thus forming a comprehensive analysis system of electric submersible pump wells based on mobile Internet and big data technologies.
