Heavy oil resources are abundant in the world,horizontal well steam stimulation as the main way to extract heavy oil reservoirs,plays an important role in the heavy oil thermal recovery technology.General steam injection as the conventional horizontal well steam stimulation method,existence of local steam burst,the horizontal section of the use of unequal problems,a serious impact on oil production and oil steam ratio,due to reservoir heterogeneity and steam injection methods and other reasons.In this paper,in view of the development of horizontal well steam stimulation reservoir,through reservoir numerical simulation method.Firstly,studied the factors such as permeability differential,horizontal well length,reservoir thickness on horizontal well general steam injection about the influence law of reservoir steam absorption conditions.Secondly,studied the different types of reservoir steam injection mode selection principle.Finally,the length of the horizontal well section of steam injection packer,location,and steam injection allocation optimized design.The results show that the permeability differential is the main influence factors.Horizontal well section of steam injection packer reasonable length is 0.1~1.0 m,by adjusting the position of packer and reasonable distribution of steam injection can adjust the volume of horizontal well steam absorption of different horizontal well sections.Horizontal well segmented steam injection technique in shuguang oilfield application effect shows that the degree of horizontal well section makes use of horizontal well steam injection increased by about 70%,at the same time of reservoir oil recovery increased by 16.8%,oil steam ratio increased by 26.1%.Results in this paper,the horizontal well section method and optimization design of the horizontal well steam injection process of SAGD and others also has reference significance.
