Since twentieth Century,inkjet printing technology has been applied more and more widely in the field of decorative building materials.Glass digital printing technology is one of the important development direction of it.Foreign researchers have been studying for a long time on glass digital printing technology,and had mastered the mature technology.But in our country,ink-jet printing technology is mainly applied on ceramic,hardly applied on glass,so the preparation and research of glass ink is of great significance for the development of glass decoration technology in China.One of the most important problems in the research and development of glass ink is the preparation of appropriate low melting point glass.In this research,Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2-Li2O glass was prepared by melting method,The influence of different melting temperature on the color of glass was studied by means of transmittance test and XPS analysis.Using XRD,DSC,infrared analysis and other methods to explore the relationship between its components and properties.Low melting point glass powders were prepared by different milling methods.By adjusting the ratio of pigment and glass powder,several glass glaze was prepared,the samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM.Green glass ink was prepared,the effects of different solvents,dispersants and solid content on the properties of glass ink were studied,The effect of different heat treatment conditions on the decorative effect of ink was studied.The study shows:with the increase of the melting temperature,the color of the glass becomes darker,The results of XPS showed that Bi3+transforms to low valence;The relative content of Bi2O3 and SiO2 in the glass system was kept constant.With the increase of Li2O content and the reduction of B2O3 content,the thermal expansion coefficient of the glass increased;The glass transition temperature Tg and the softening point Tf are continuously decreased.Adjust the content of B2O3 and SiO2 in the system,and keep the other components unchanged.With the increase of SiO2content,the expansion coefficient of glass increased first and then decreased.The desired glass samples are prepared to meet the performance requirements for the preparation of glass ink,the glass transition temperature of the desired sample is433.7?,the softening temperature of the desired sample was 464.1?,the coefficient of thermal expansion of the desired sample is 9.4×10-6k-1,and it has high hardness and relatively good chemical stability.The proportion of glass components in the glaze affects the gloss and color of the glaze.The solvent composition that satisfies the ink printing performance is studied.The solvent composition that has good performance was found:1,2-propylene glycol52.3wt%,cyclohexanone 40.5wt%,propylene glycol monomethyl ether 4.8wt%,dispersant 2.4wt%.With the increasing of solid content,the surface tension and viscosity of ink increased,when the solid content was 40%,the ink had good performance;The experimental results show that when the annealing temperature is580?,the sample has a high gloss.
