Shallow deposit are gradually getting exhausted and the existing mines are gradually entering a deeper mining stage.Most of the new minerals are deeply buried,therefore,deep mining in the future is a trend of the mining.During the deep mining,mining depth is increasing.In the complex environment of high ground pressure,high depth,high soluble water pressure,high ground temperature and four ‘high' and one ‘disturbance' disturbed by the recycling mining,mining is becoming more and more difficult.Vertical shaft construction is an important development method of deep mineral resources mining.Vertical shaft hoisting is known as the throat of mine production.It severely restricts the ability of mine production,production efficiency and production cost.Deep shaft construction is the most dangerous project in the mine construction.Complex process,limited work site,bad working environment and large safety risks are its characteristics.So with the development of the deep mineral resources of mining,the design?construction and the support of deep shaft are more and more difficult.The paper is based on 1160 m technical modification,focusing on deep shaft design and optimization of hoisting system.It will be significant for solving of deep mining and hoisting and ventilation.The paper investigate and analyze the geo glogy and the mine's production requirement in the future of Jin Qingding Mine,Shandong Jinzhou Mining Group Co.Ltd.During the design of the deep shaft,increasing depth brought some problems,such as difficulty of choosing hoisting equipment,the bad stability of well wall and the difficulty of construction organization.There are two comparison and optimization plans:the research of the the Design of the Deep Shaft and Optimize of the Hoisting System,single rope winding lifting and ground type multi rope fraction lifting.It finishes the dynamic analysis of the two plans about the wirerope,motor safety accounting and lifting process.It also optimizes the hoisting system which is suitable for the practice of mine production.Meanwhile,it finishes the design of shaft wall support and the construction organization plan.At last,on the basis of Flexsim discrete event simulation software.We promote Simulation of hoisting process of deep shaft,verify and optimize the lifting system.On the basis of theoretical analysis,empirical calculation and analog simulation,Jin Qingding technical modification shaft choose ground type multi rope fraction lifting,muti rope double non-standard steel cage,6V×34+FC-?36-1770-galvanized steel wirerope,JKMD-4×4ZIIImulti rope fraction lifting.They can meet the requirement of daily questions.Variable thickness support for shaft support,10.0m part of well neck,the thickness of the support is 1 m,30 m in the middle section of the well,the thickness of the support is 0.8 m,20 m is the lower section of the well,the thickness of the support is 0.6 m.The implementation shows that through the optimization of the shaft design and hoisting system,the safety and efficiency of the construction process are ensured and the cost of hoisting is reduced.
