Nowadays,civil engineering is developing rapidly,and the application range of high-strength concrete is becoming wider and wider.In order to further promote the application of high-strength concrete,the state has issued relevant standards and given the national unified strength curve of high-strength concrete,but the national unified strength curve is not high enough when applied to the place.In order to improve the detection accuracy of the strength curve in the area,combined with the actual situation in the region,the technical research on the strength of high-strength concrete by the rebound method was developed.The research content of this paper mainly includes:(1)After studying the characteristics of high-strength concrete,high-strength concrete test blocks with design strength grades of C50,C55,C60,C65,C70,C75 and C80 were produced using the representative raw materials in the region.The curing age was 7d,14 d,28d,60 d,90d,180 d and 365 d,two different types of high-strength concrete hammers were used for strength testing.(2)Select appropriate and representative mathematical models,respectively,to build the high-strength concrete rebound method corresponding to the two high-strength rebound hammers,and conduct credibility analysis;compare and analyze the two strength curves,The curve of the high-strength concrete rebound method is more suitable for the area.(3)The verification of the two strength curves shows that the strength curve obtained by the research has certain reference value in the area of the sag,which can provide reference for the establishment of the high-strength concrete rebound method.In this paper,the high-strength concrete rebound method test strength curves corresponding to the 4.5J and 5.5J high-strength rebound hammers are obtained,and selected a rebounder with higher precision of high strength concrete in the area of Handan.The establishment of high-strength concrete strength curve provides basic research.
