In recent years, the highly stable growth of the economy has led to the steady development of the food trading market, and it has also spawned a series of food safety issues:The labeling of geographically-designated agricultural products was abused, and the production of special agricultural products was affected by the order of the food trading market, the reputation of the manufacturers, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The technology for confirming the origin of food is a powerful technical approach for the research on the confirmation of the origin of agricultural products, and provides technical support for the maintenance of the authentic reliability of premium products.Mineral element fingerprint analysis technology,as one of the research techniques for confirming the origin of food, has been applied to rice production areas during the recent years.High-quality rice benefits from excellent growth environment,Mineral elements are used as indicator factors to discriminate the origin of rice and are subject to regional differences due to factors such as environment, climate and hydrology in the production area.To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of mineral element fingerprinting techniques for confirming the feasibility and effectiveness of rice in different production areas at the regional scale, and to screen stable and reliable rice production sources,In this study, the mineral element fingerprint analysis technology was used to determine the contents of 12 mineral elements(K?Cu?Fe?Mg?Ca?Na?Mn?Zn?Pb?Cd?Ni?Se)in field rice samples from four major rice production areas(Shijiadian Town,Jiangjia Dian Town,Wudao Gou Town,Ankou Yown)in Liuhe County,Jilin Province, and combined with chemometrics methods(Multivariate variancenalysis,Principalcomponentanalysis,Canonical correspondence and Discriminant analysis)to identify rice validation indicators.Due to the stability of the elements of the rice origin, the environmental factors affecting the regional scale are confirmed,There is a strong spatial correlation between mineral elements and environmental variables in Liuhe rice.In this study, through two Canonical correspondence analysis, five kinds of mineral elements with good stability and spatial representativeness, such as Mg,Ca,Na,Mn,and Zn,were gradually selected as indicator elements confirming the origin of Liu He rice. The test results are as follows:1.Through the selection of nine mineral elements such asK,Cu,Fe,Mg,Ca,Na,Mn,Zn,and Ni,which to identify the origin of rice in Liuhe County, the discrimination result is 77.5%.2.In order to obtain a stable and reliable confirmation factor, this study combined two canonical correspondence analysis to screen out the elements with higher producing attributes of Mg,Ca,Na,Mn,and Zn.The discriminatory result is better, and the correct rate is 92.5%.Which proves that the mineral element fingerprint analysis technology has the feasibility and reliability to discriminate different rice production areas within the study area scale, providing an effective theoretical basis for the establishment ofLiuhe rice validation model.
