Steel fiber reinforced concrete has good tensile properties,toughness properties and cracking resistance.The fiber orientation coefficient of ordinary steel fiber concrete is about 0.5.Because most steel fiber in the aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete have the same direction,the fiber orientation coefficient of it will be increased in this direction.The aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete is prepared by put steel fiber concrete mixture into a uniform magnetic field and rotates steel fiber into a predetermined direction.The orientation coefficient directly influenced the enhancement effect of the aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete.This paper mainly studied the effect of matrix viscosity,steel fiber volume content,coarse aggregate content and the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate to the steel fiber direction.And the article intuitively and accurately studied the distribution characteristics of steel fiber in concrete using digital X-CT scanning.Finally the article analyzed the rate of enhancement of the aligned steel fiber to the ordinary steel fiber concrete and the effect of fiber orientation on the steel fiber concrete bleeding.The main contents of my project are as follows:1.Under the condition of without destroying the concrete,the position of steel fibers are detected using X-CT scanning non-destructively and the space coordinates of all steel fibers in concrete can be obtained,greatly improve the accuracy and precision of this means.2.The viscosity of cement mortar is the most important factor affecting the steel fiber wringing,the larger of the w/c,the smaller of the ratio of the quality of cement to sand and the more of water reducing agent,the smaller of viscosity of cement mortar,the greater of the steel fiber wringing,the better of fiber orientation.3.The steel fiber which orientation to the aim direction less than 30° play a major role on the properties of reinforced concrete.The number of fibers in the steel fiber reinforced cement mortar is more than 75%,and the number of fibers in the fiber reinforced concrete is more than 60%.4.Compared to that normal steel fiber reinforced cement mortar,the orientation coefficient of aligned steel fibers increases more than 120%.The larger of the w/c,the smaller of the steel fiber content,the greater of the coefficient;Compared to that normal steel fiber reinforced concrete,the orientation coefficient of aligned steel fibers increased by more than 80%.5.The bleeding of aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete is less than ordinary steel fiber concrete;The reason is that the orientation of aligned steel fiber distribution is horizontal,The water channel is reduced,so the bleeding reduced.
