The creation and development of industrial furnaces plays an important role in human progress.With the increasing demand for the quality of rolled products provided by metallurgical enterprises by the mechanical and electrical products manufacturing department,customers have higher requirements for the degree of surface mirroring(BA)with copper,and the special treatment of the initially processed copper materials is particularly important.To achieve a certain brightness of the surface of the copper strip,the copper strip needs to be further annealed.The bright annealing furnace is an important equipment for copper strip processing.Its main function is to heat the copper strip to the set annealing temperature,heat it and cool it to the set temperature under the appropriate cooling process to realize the requirements of the copper strip heat treatment process.During the whole annealing process,the control precision of the temperature of the copper strip in the heating furnace and the control of the furnace atmosphere directly affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of the copper strip,which is an important factor to ensure the material quality,the shape of the plate and the surface brightness.In order to save energy and reduce emissions to obtain a bright copper strip that meets the requirements of the process,and to improve the automation of the processing technology,it is of great practical significance to design the control system of the bright annealing furnace.This article is the background of the control system of the bell-type bright annealing furnace of Ningbo Jintian Copper Group in Zhejiang Province.Based on the existing experience in related fields and the actual situation of the project,this paper refines and summarizes the specific practical work.Firstly,the production process,furnace structure and main parameters of the furnace are analyzed in detail;on this basis,the configuration and function of the main equipment are analyzed,and the basic principles of industrial design and process requirements are designed to be reliable.Practical and economical control program.Secondly,the hardware selection of the control system,the configuration of the main equipment of the system and the network architecture are analyzed.The entire control process is implemented using the ladder programming language in the PLC programming software STEP 7 V5.5.The upper monitoring software is written by Century Star configuration software,which includes working condition pictures,vacuum pictures and temperature pictures,realizing the recording and printing of real-time data and historical data and timely feedback of alarm information.Finally,the on-site commissioning operation of the control system in this project is followed by summarizing and discussing the significance of the control methods and research results.
