In recent years,the ionic liquid method for dissolving cellulose and preparing regenerated fibers has been widely studied,and the exploration of the spinning process has been a hot topic of research.In this paper,the ionic liquid/ organic solvent of combined system was used to dissolve the bamboo fiber pulp into a spinning stock solution.The regenerated fiber was prepared by wet spinning and electrospinning,and the regenerated fiber was characterized.The bamboo cellulose pulp was dissolved separately in an ionic liquid mixture of1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([AMIM]Ac),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([BMIM]Ac),1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([EMIM]Ac)and the organic solvent of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),the dissolution process of the bamboo cellulose pulp was observed by polarizing microscope,and the electrical conductivity and surface tension of the spinning solution were determined.The results show that in the same proportions,the time for the complete dissolution of cellulose by the three ionic liquid compound systems is [EMIM]Ac> [BMIM]Ac >[AMIM]Ac.The spinning stock solution made of [AMIM]Ac has the highest conductivity,[BMIM]Ac is the lowest,while the spinning stock solution made of [AMIM]Ac has the most stable surface tension,and [BMIM]Ac is the smallest.As the content of ionic liquid in the combined system decreases,the content of organic solvent increases,the dissolution rate of bamboo cellulose pulp increases first and then slows down,the conductivity of the solution increases first and then decreases,and the surface tension of the solution gradually increases.As the content of bamboo fiber pulp increases,the dissolution rate,solution conductivity and surface tension decrease.The bamboo cellulose pulp that activated by sodium hydroxide dissolves faster in the compounding system.The spinning solution was subjected to wet spinning to obtain regenerated fiber,and the regenerated fiber was analyzed by electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,XRD and mechanical properties.The results show that in the same proportions,the regenerated fiber of ionic liquid [AMIM]Ac has better performance in all aspects,the surface is smooth,the thermal stability is good,the diameter is the largest,the breaking strength is the largest,and the crystallinity is good,but the regenerated fiber of ionic liquid [EMIM]Ac is relatively poor in performance.As the content of ionic liquid in the combined system decreases,the content of organic solvent increases,the surface of the regenerated fiber first becomes smooth and then rough,and the diameter is smaller first and then increases,the stability changes little,the breaking strength and crystallinity decrease.As the content of bamboo cellulose pulp increases,the surface of the regenerated fiber becomes smooth and clean,the thermal stability,the diameter,the breaking strength and crystallinity is increase.As the spinneret draft ratio increases,the surface of the regenerated fiber becomes smooth,the thermal stability increases,the diameter becomes smaller,and the breaking strength and crystallinity increase.The spinning solution was subjected to electrospinning to obtain regenerated fiber,and the regenerated fiber was analyzed.The results show that in the same proportions,the spinning solution prepared by ionic liquid [AMIM]Ac has better spinning effect.Fiber is more uniform and the thermal stability is better,but the spinning solution prepared by the ionic liquid [EMIM]Ac is inferior.As the content of ionic liquid in the combined system decreases,the content of organic solvent increases,the amount of spinning increases first and then decreases,accompanied by droplets,the regenerated fiber gradually becomes slender,and the fiber uniformity increases,then the node begins to increase,and the fiber is uneven.As the content of bamboo cellulose pulp,the voltage and the temperature increase,the amount of spinning increases,the spinning is easier,the smoothness of the fiber surface and the thermal stability increases.XRD analysis showed that the crystalline morphology of the regenerated fiber changed from cellulose type I to cellulose type II.
