| At present,mountain flood disaster warning broadcasting systems have been installed in rural areas and towns around most mountainous areas in China.By installing early warning broadcasts,the system can promptly notify neighboring people to evacuate immediately before the arrival of natural disasters such as mountain torrents and mudslides,and ensure the safety of the people and property safety to the greatest extent.However,due to the remote location of some areas,such as mountainous areas,the staff cannot know the failure or damage of the equipment in time,so that the early warning broadcast system can not guarantee stable operation in real time.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of the system,it is extremely important to develop a dynamic monitoring system for mountain flash flood warning broadcast equipment that can be operated around the clock,simple to maintain,accurate and scalable.By realizing real-time monitoring,data collection,daily management,decision support and other functions,the system starts from the actual demand that the “Mountain Hazard Warning Broadcasting System” cannot operate in the event of failure,and combines software and hardware to achieve the unattended situation.It is known at a time to know the running status of the device and determine whether the device is operating normally.The dynamic monitoring system for the condition of the mountain flood disaster warning broadcasting equipment includes a hardware system and a software system.The hardware system mainly combines the sensors for collecting data,the remote terminal unit(RTU)for processing data,the external antenna and the power supply,and jointly constructs the data acquisition-transmission of the mountain flood disaster warning broadcast equipment.The RTU equipment is monitored;the software system is developed by the C language software development system Keil uVision4,and the B/S structure enables the management personnel to quickly understand the real-time information related to the flash flood warning broadcasting equipment and whether the RTU equipment is online or not through the WEB,providing convenient and quick inquiry with browsing features.Through the cooperation of software and hardware systems,as well as many laboratory and real-world environmental tests,it is proved that the operation of the system has important significance for the early warning of mountain flood disasters. |
