As water pollution increasing,safety awareness of drinking water is improving gradually.Along with advances in technology and the deepening of the water pollution studies,national standards for drinking water has also been improved.Conventional treatment process is clearly insufficient to meet the new standards of drinking water along with the improving drinking water standard,O3-BAC has been gaining popularity which can improve the water quality highly.When micro-polluted water is treated by O3-BAC technology,the disinfection by-product formation can be controled and the majority of trace contaminants can be reducted,which should be based on the identification of specific optimization process and operating parameters when treating the different water quality and different pollution control targets.Researching and analysing microbial communities and diversity of the BAC can reduce and prevent leakage of harmful organisms and understand the mechanism of pollutant removal which remove pollutants in oligotrophic environment.In this study,there are 25 kinds of pesticide which have been used wildly and two types of perfluorinated compounds which have 17 kinds to be investgated in Huangpu River and different processes in drinking water treatment plant.There are 8 kinds of pesticides which up to 760 ng/L in total and 13 kinds of perfluorinated compounds which up to 57.6 ng/L in all.After evaluating the post sand filtration treatment effect of pesticides and perfluorinated compounds,pesticides removal rate is from 62%to 78%and the most removal rate of perfluorinated compounds is 37.3%,respectively.Build a pilot scale processing capacity which treat water 24 tons/day.Study the concentration distribution of organic matter,pesticides and PFCs in the raw water,as well as the removal of them by ozone-based oxidation,chemical precipitation of aluminum sulfate,sand filtration and BAC.Change the concentration of preozone and postozone to find the optimal concentration about the removal of ammonia nitrogen,NOM,turbidity,micro-pollutants(pesticides and PFCs).Best pre-ozone dosage and post-ozone dosage are 1mg/L.Detect the different depths of carbon filter(0.2m,0.7m,1,2m)and mixed carbon to analyse the removal of micro-pollutant by the integrated use of a variety of biological means,and find that the bacteria at different depths charcoal slightly different,the upper and middle bacterial community structure is similar,but the lower is significantly different.Proteobacteria(? and ?-proteobacteria two Proteobacteria)and Acidobacteria(Acidobacteria)is the upper and middle carbon major bacterial groups,and ?-proteobacteria and y-proteobacteria are the main groups.Bacteria on BAC in Proteobacteria(Proteobacteria)and Acidobacteria(Acidobacteria)is the largest of the two clone libraries of bacterial populations.
