Nowadays,as our understanding of the material reaches deep into the nanometer level,along with the rapid development of science and technology into the small area,measurement has also been involved into the nanoscale,namely the micro/nano level precision measurement technology.In nanometer scale measurement,how to get efficient collection of optical information becomes the primary problem.With high precision micro nanoscale precision measurement technology constantly improving and developing,in order to improve the efficiency of optical collection,we will strive to improve one of the important aspects,the preparation technology of the optical fiber probe.For the preparation of optical fiber probe,the mature methods have molten rafa method,corrosion method,pipe corrosion method,tensile-corrosion method.In order to obtain high efficiency,high resolution optical fiber probe,for all the methods people improve them respectively,so people developed the double tapered transitional area probes,parabolic and hyperbolic probes,and use the different principle method of dynamic corrosion,preparing for the various morphology of the fiber optic probe.These methods in the process of preparation have some limitations,for example tedious,low,not suitable for mass production.A large number of the experimental results show that morphological structure of the optical fiber probe directly affects its light collection efficiency,and in the structure of the optical fiber probe,it’s the size of the cone Angle and taper length which directly determine the collection of the optical fiber optical information quality.Based on the importance of the big cone angle optical fiber probe preparation and preparation on the comprehensive consideration of various difficulties,we build our own preparation experiment device named preparing for big cone angle nanometer fiber optic probe of dynamic temperature and chemical corrosion.In order to prepare big cone angle,short cone length of optical fiber probe,based on dynamic corrosion of optical fiber probe,prepared by the variable temperature corrosion for optical fiber probe,and other methods,we combine their own research results and their research thinking,to establish the new preparation method named preparing for big cone angle nanometer fiber optic probe of dynamic temperature and chemical corrosion.Through the experiment successful preparation of better optical fiber probe,it makes every effort to retain the advantages of previous experiment devices and experiment methods,to overcome the predecessors in the aspects of influencing the preparation of optical fiber probe,basically achieving the set of experimental device simply,convenient operation,high repeatability,the smooth surface,the large cone Angle,short cone length and a series of advantages.
