In this paper,Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.were used to study the information of iron and manganese plaques contents on P.acinosa Roxb.root surface under different conditions,and based on this study the iron and manganese plaques on P.acinosa Roxb.root surface were used to research the relationship with the migration of heavy metals Cd,Pb.but also researched the physiological and biochemical changes in plants.Results as follows:?1?The results showed that P.acinosa Roxb.formed different contents of iron,manganese plaque on root surface under different culture conditions and when at pH 6,10%MN1405 inoculation concentration,30 mg·L-1 Fe2+ and 700 mg·L-1 Mn2++respectively,it is beneficial to the formation of iron,manganese plaque of P.acinosa Roxb.,the total amounts of the iron and manganese plaque reached up to 858.82±15.7(g·kg-1\DRW)and the amounts of the iron and manganese plaques reached up to 83.55 ± 3.0(g·kg-1\DRW)and 775.2.±12.7(g·kg-1\DRW),respectively.?2?In the study of the effects of P.acinosa Roxb.root surface iron and manganese plaques on the migration of heavy metals Cd,found that P.acinosa Roxb.root surface iron and manganese plaques on the Cd stress treatment,the main role was as a temporary repository,and the plaques have Cd enrichment factor reached up to 502.33.Cd on the main migration plants enrichment:DCB-Cd>underground-Cd>aboveground-Cd,in the high Cd treatments,the DCB-Cd contents were higher in the inoculated treatments than that in the non-inoculated treatments,and high manganese plaque content may be more conducive to the enrichment of the low concentration of cadmium.Under the stress of Cd,it promotes the increase of soluble polysaccharides of plants,with the increasing of Cd concentration,the soluble protein content was decreasing.?3?In the study of the effects of P.acinosa Roxb.root surface iron and manganese plaques on the migration of heavy metals Pb,found that P.acinosa Roxb.found P.acinosa Roxb.root surface iron and manganese o plaques on the Pb stress treatment,Pb on the main migration plants enrichment:underground-Pb>DCB-Pb>aboveground-Pb,and Pb on Fe-Mn plaques with different thicknesses and different concentrations of Pb will lead to different ministries in the enrichment of the plant,under the condition of 10+500+J,it was best for the enrichment of Pb in the underground part.Under the stress of Pb,it promotes the increase of soluble polysaccharides of plants,and mainly soluble protein molecular weight distributed between 45-66KD.
