Corn cob steam blasting technology can effectively solve the problem of the degradation of lignocellulose,it is good to promote the development of biomass energy.In order to achieve the purpose of make full use of corn cob each component,classification research steam blasting cod degradation conditions is very important,not only can make the equipment using optimization,can also reduce energy consumption and cost,produce more bio-based products.Based on ejection type steam blasting platform,this paper studies steam blasting work,a series of cod booster corn cob better use the realization of industrialization.With single factor for steam blasting condition of corncob,then measuring the content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,the results show that the corn cob after steam explosion,with the increase of the holding time,hemicellulose content is on the decline and cellulose and lignin content overall show a trend of rising;When steam explosion pressure becomes higher,the less likely the hemicellulose content of corn cob,especially when the pressure reaches 2.2MPa-240 s,its content can be down to 2%;In my test,under the steam explosion condition of 1.4MPa-300 s,the total sugar concentration of saccharification liquid is relatively highest,which can reach 58 g/L;The p H of steam explosion raw water solution decreases with increasing pressure and the holding time;The sugar in water solution is mainly xylose,so it indicates that hemicellulose in corncob is first destroyed by steam explosion;The toxic substances in water solution are mainly formic acid,acetic acid and furfural class material,the contents of them show a trend of increase with the increase of pressure and time,but the content of toxic substance is relatively small,it also suggests that steam explosion pretreatment for corncob is a very effective way.By scanning the best steam explosion condition corncobs with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),we intuitively see the extent of the damage caused by steam explosion of corncob.After steam explosion,the material structure of corncob becomes loose,and the surface of small particles presents on honeycomb holes.Fourier infrared spectrum analysis,corn cob after steam explosion of some functional groups such as hydroxyl and C-CH3 absorption peak is bigger,it shows that cod after steam explosion,the density of lignocellulose loose structure,fracture,and even make some functional groups to highlight out,thus increasing their absorption peak,which further reflects the steam blasting effect on the degradation of corn cobs are effective.In order to improve the concentration of the glucose and total sugar in saccharification liquid,I adopt the method of the filling materials saccharification,feed saccharification shows it that,according to research by taking solid-liquid ratio 1:8,every 24 h for a fill material twice,each time the filling rate is 8%(w/v),at the same time fill material corresponding to the amount of enzyme,total saccharification time for 4 days,at last it can get the highest concentration of total sugar in liquid saccharification 171 g/L.This provides a basis for the effective use of corn cob.Butanol fermentation of corn cobs saccharification liquid after detoxification showed that after seedling D301 resin acetone butanol clostridium grows best,and the maximum butanol yield is 9.7 g/L.
