Surface trauma,as a kind of clinical common diseases,produced much inconvenience to people's normal life,the traditional treatment was covering dressing on the wound.However,although the traditional dressing could protect the wound,there were many disadvantages:extending the time of healing,causing secondary damage easily,causing bacterial infection easily after fluid saturated,big revamping workload,etc.As a new dosage form,gels could better overcome the above shortcomings.This topic for surface developed two new trauma gels,the main contents are as follows:In screening of antimicrobial material and film-forming material,the preparation of the gel material was determined and the antibacterial of activitymain material was determined through the filter method,the basic components of prescription was determined:(1)Chitosan,polyvinyl alcohol,povidone,hydroxypropyl-cellulose,and alcohol.(2)Chitosan,polyvinyl alcohol,povidone,PVP-I,hydroxypropyl-cellulose,and alcohol.we selected Appearance,viscosity,besmear malleable,dissolution rate,water vapor transmittance,film-forming time of the gel as the evaluation index.On the basis of research in prescribing,the rate of the final amount of the gel were studied and determined the optimal ratio of the gel formulation through the orthogonal experiment.The best composition ratio were:(1)chitosan0.6%,polyvinyl alcohol0.8%,povidone1.0%,hydroxypropyl-cellulose1.2%;(2)chitosan0.5%,polyvinyl-alcohol1.2%,povidone1.6%,PVP-I2.0%,hydroxypropyl-cellulose1.2%.In order to improve the film-forming performance and stability of the gel,we gave a research in crosslinking agent,and the gel preparation process was optimized.The experience on test factors high temperature,low temperature and high lightwere done by investigated appearance,deposition time,besmear malleable,dissolution rate etc,and centrifuge test,accelerated test.The results showed that Centrifugal experiment,heat resistant to cold and accelerated test had no significant effect on Chitosan gel.While high temperature and high light had a certain effect on the stability and effective iodine content of povidone iodine chitosan gel,It should be seal and kept in a sealing temperature place where away from light.The antibacterial activity of gels was studied,results show that the gel without no allergenic,irritating,biological safety is good.Pharmacodynamics of gels are studied:the results showed the inhibition of Povidone iodine chitosan gel on common bacteria in the wound was better than chitosan gel,and the effect of the chitosan gel on promoting the healing was better than povidone iodine chitosan gel.Gels that this topic preparated with little excitant and stable and reliable quality,what has certain antibacterial activity and promote healing,provided some scientific basis for later gels development.
