The structure and capability of polymeric materials are closely related.Therefore,through polymeric materials reciprocally polymerizing,it can synthesize a variety of new polymeric materials and copolymers,This has a very important significance for exploring the relationship of polymeride's chain structure and capability.Meanwhile,we can base on the design to get molecular structure which has a preconceived performance.Microfluidic technology can perform sample preparation of copolymer particles on a microfluidic chip with micro-channel network and several functional units.Compared with the traditional mechanical mixing,this method introduces a precise control over the microsphere size,size distribution and microsphere morphology.In this work,we developed a novel microfluidic chip.All the structures of the chip are made of glass,while the production is just like piling up building blocks,so that it has a simple fabrication process,low cost,and not afraid of acid and alkali and organic corrosion.By microfluidic technology to prepare and analyze the multi-arm star polymeride and miktoarm arm copolymer.Using the new microfluidic technology Preparation of poly(ethylene oxide)-b-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS)block copolymer,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)solution as a continuous phase to prepare a uniform particle size,size controlled block copolymer solution.In this way we can save costs,while repeat rate,the production process is simple,compared to conventional laboratory equipment,this approach is more suitable for use in the laboratory to promote the operation is also very convenient.By atom transfer free radicals coupling reaction can synthesize multi-arm star polymeride and miktoarm arm copolymer.It was found that comparing to star PEO,the ability to crystallize of linear PEO has been decreased and with the increase of PEO arm's number,melting point and melt value per gram of PEO has declined,its melt non-Isothermal crystallization speed will also be significantly reduced.Star miktoarm and blocked copolymer PEO-b-PS melting point,molten hot melt value per gram of PEO copolymer will be declining with the amount of copolymer's PS increasing,and non-isothermal melt crystallization speed will be decreased markedly.Comparing to linear blocked copolymer PEO-b-PS,multi-arm star copolymer's ability to crystallize have been restricted.
