| With the rapid development of industry,the demand for fuel is growing resulting in the lack of fossil fuel.Meanwhile the environmental pollution problems caused by combustion emissions of petroleum resources make the clean energy and renewable energy become a hot research topic.Biofuels can be used as both a new clean and renewable energy sources,and now it has been widespread concern.MCM-41 and Zr-MCM-41 with different Si/Zr ratios were synthesized by hydrothermal method.It showed that when the Si/Zr ratio of 40,the properties of Zr-MCM-41 was the best characterizing by XRD,TEM,IR,N2 adsorption-desorption,Py-IR.Screen out Zr-MCM-41 with Si/Zr=40 as the follow-up experiment support.Zr-MCM-41 supported NixP catalysts were synthesized by co-impregnation with different Ni/P ratios,then calcination,the temperature program reduction(H2-TPR)under different reduction temperatures and passivation.When the Ni/P ratio was 2/1,the catalyst was Nii2P5/Zr-MCM-41.It showed that the optimum conditions were the reduction temperature of 650℃,Ni/P ratio of 1/15 for the Ni2P/Zr-MCM-41 catalyst preparation.The properties of catalysts were determined by XRD,TEM,BET,XPS and other methods.The Ni2P/Zr-MCM-41 catalysts with different loadings were prepared under the below optimum conditions.Then they were characterized by XRD,TEM,CO uptakes.The results indicated Ni2P can be well synthesized with the loading of 20wt.%.Ni2P had the best crystal phase,and more active ingredients of Ni2P with high dispersion on the support surface of Zr-MCM-41.When the loading was 25wt.%,there were a little less active ingredients because of Ni reunion resulting in clogging pores.There were NiO presented on the surface of the catalyst due to the passivation of Ni2P.Catalytic reaction was carried out in a high pressure reactor.The catalysts with different Ni/P ratios and different loadings had the hydrodeoxygenation reaction with jatropha oil.The deoxygenation rate of Ni12P5/Zr-MCM-41 was 95.75%.Compared with active component Ni2O,Ni12P5 has greater catalytic performance.The reaction with different Ni2P loadings showed that in addition to the catalytic reaction of the catalyst with 25%loading,the rest were exhibited excellent Hydrodeoxygenation properties.There were more than 50%C15~20 components in straight alkanes,therefore,the yield of biodiesel was high.Deoxygenation rate of catalyst with 20%loading was 93.90%,and linear paraffin content as high as 85.36%. |
