With the penetration of science and technology in the traditional textile industry,textile function is not only confined to keep out the cold and decoration,but develop in the direction of the functional and intelligent.In recent years,cardiovascular disease is more and more become a threat to human health,the intermittent characteristic of the disease is more need for ECG monitoring of patients anytime and anywhere.And use of textile materials to monitor the ECG electrodes and then sewn on clothing can not only make people timely and correctly understand their own health,also can be in such aspects as time,space,provide convenience for medical.But the current study of wearable device testing precision,sensitivity and reproducibility can not meet the business requirements,especially without affecting People's Daily activities also can accurately test the ECG signal.This topic mainly conductive silver yarn woven different organizational structures of conductive fabric,the experimental selecting woven cloth,woven satin,woven hives,he m needle embroidery fabric and weft plain fabric,and then to part of the plating and electroplating parameters as follows: under normal temperature,the processing voltage of 1.5 V,the silver plated fabric processing 2 min in 0.9% NaCl solution;Make it a silver/silver chloride electrode textile structure,and then test the different organizational structure of the silver electrode and silver/silver chloride electrode electrical and mechanical properties.People in daily life the use of wearable textile structure electrodes to monitor ECG information,hard to avoid can make contact with the skin with physical activity of electrode by deformation mechanics effect,therefore this experiment mainly study the dynamic electrical and mechanical properties of textile structure of electrode.Experiments with a 30 cm * 30 cm aluminum bread plate and two X axis displacement platform building good simulation of the mechanical condition equipment manual,and then to the textile structure electrodes in electrical properties under different mechanics test,the test process of five kinds of organization structure of textile electrode under different tensile and reply resistance test,further extended to the pressure,shear force and bending.According to the fabric enlarge figure to simulate the conductive mechanism of conductive fabric and the equivalent circuit diagram,combine the experimental results and theoretical analysis,the conclusion.Due to the human body is a low-frequency alternating current(ac)environment,so the author also to the different organizational structures of silver electrode withsilver/silver chloride electrode when the frequency of 1 Hz by different mechanical impedance test and analysis,under the condition of experiment tested first conductive fabric with simulated sweat(0.9% NaCl solution)completely wet,and then in the simulation of the mechanical condition device fixed well,in a relatively closed environment,to reduce the influence of external environment on the experimental results.Through test and analysis,this study selected shall not affect the patients daily activity is tested to be able to accurately under the condition of ECG information textile structure of electrode,the honeycomb tissue due to its concave-convex structure containing different length of floating line and brush structure,either by mechanics to stabilize as soon as possible and can be a good contact with the human body,and good comfort,ease of clothing integrated into an organic whole,is the best choice as a textile structure of electrode.
