In this thesis,the absorption processes of NO2 in water and ionic liquids in tower equipment.The effects of spray density,absorption temperature,as well as the operating pressure and the intake flow rate of absorbents on the absorption of nitrogen oxides were analyzed,using simulation software ASPEN PLUS platform of process system simulation,compared with industrial process the data collected.In addition,the absorption processes of NO2 in ionic liquids in a double-kettle equilibrium absorption system were studied respectively.The effects of temperature,pressure and the amount of absorbents on the absorption of nitrogen oxides were analyzed.The absorption processes of NO2 in water in tower equipment.The effects of spray density,absorption temperature,as well as the operating pressure and the intake flow rate of absorbents on the absorption of nitrogen oxides were analyzed.(1)Absorption rate will gradually increase with spray density increases and there is a critical value,after uptake rate exceeds a critical value will be increased greatly and gradually reach a stable value.(2)Absorption rate decreases with increasing temperature,on the one hand it is conducive to low temperature physical absorption,on the other hand mainly NO and NO2 gas phase oxidation of the liquid phase reaction rate constant and the equilibrium constants decrease as the temperature increases.(3)Absorption rate increases rapidly with increasing pressure.(4)Gas flow rate increases,the absorption rate decrease.In addition,the absorption processes of NO2 in ionic liquids in a double-kettle equilibrium absorption system were studied respectively and we study on the absorption of NO2 in Tetramethylene sulfolane desorption process.(1)[BMIM]BF4,[BMIM]OTF and[BMIM]PF6 three ionic liquids for NO2 has good absorption properties,NO2 solubility in three ionic liquids increased significantly with the increase of variable quality absorbent.(2)NO2 solubility in three ionic liquids are reduced as the temperature rises,in[EMIM]BF4 ionic liquid as the temperature rises,the solubility of relatively small changes in[BMIM]PF6 and[BMIM]OTF ionic liquid,the temperature change on the degree of influence the solubility of NO2 in the ionic liquid is increased in[BMIM]PF6 ionic liquid is most evident.(3)NO2 solubility in three ionic liquids with increasing initial pressure increases.(4)NMR spectrum by comparing before and after absorption,the absorption spectra before and after the move did not happen,it is possible to prove,imidazole ionic liquid NO2 absorption is a physical change.(5)The absorption of NO2 was a reversible process.The absorption-desorption experiment showed that the NO2 molecules absorbed for the first time left trace and space after desorption and enlarged the molecular cavity of ionic liquids,thus increasing the amount of second absorption.
