With higher power density,higher energy density and longer cycle life,supercapacitors have great promising application in the field of electric vechicles,military,electronics and so on.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,the requirement for supercapacitors is also growing.How to improve the electrochemical performance of electrode materials has become a hot research topic.In this paper,multicomponent transition metal sulfides were prepared by ion exchange method in hydrothermal reaction in order to improve the electrochemical performance.Meanwhile,the property of electrode materials and the influence of vulcanization are discussed and explored in detail.The specific research contents are listed as follow:(1)The flower-like Mn-Co oxy-sulfide electrode material was prepared by vulcanization of Mn-Co oxide on nickel foam and presented well electrochemical performance.The specific capacitance of Mn-Co oxy-sulfide is up to 1095 F g-1 at the current density of 2 A g-1,which is 1.63 times of Mn-Co oxide.And at the current density of 20 A g-1,the specific capacitance of Mn-Co oxy-sulfide still keeps 981 F g-1,2.34 times of Mn-Co oxide.Meanwhile Mn-Co oxy-sulfide has good rate capability,structure stability and cycle stability.It can be proved that the electrochemical performance of oxy-sulfide electrode materials is much better than that of oxide.(2)Cu-Co sulfide supercapacitor electrode material with flower-like structure can also be produced by vulcanizing on the nickel foam which is grown with Cu-Co precursor or oxide.The specific capacitance of Cu-Co sulfide gotten from vulcanizing the uncalcined Cu-Co precursor is 592 F g-1 at the current density of 1 A g-1,which is 2.44 times of Cu-Co oxides,and at 10 A g-1,the specific capacitance can still keep 518 F g-1,3.39 times of the oxide.For the Cu-Co sulfide obtained from the vulcanization to calcined Cu-Co oxide,the specific capacitance is 482 F g-1 at the current density of 1 A g-1,1.98 times of Cu-Co oxide,and at 10 A g-1,the specific capacitance can still keeps 341 F g-1,which is 2.23 times of the oxide.For the Cu-Co compound sulfide,the sulfide which is obtained by using the non-calcined precursor exhibits more excellent electrochemical performance and prospective application.(3)Zn-Co precursor and oxide grown on Ni foam were also used to prepare spherical Zn-Co sulfide electrode material.For Zn-Co sulfide obtained from the sulfuration of Zn-Co precursor,the specific capacitance is 837 F g-1 at the current density of 1 A g-1,which is 2.31 times as high as that of Zn-Co oxides.By the vulcanization of Zn-Co oxide,the specific capacitance of Zn-Co sulfide can reach up to 1204 F g-1 at the current density of 1 A g-1,3.32 times of Zn-Co oxide.For the Zn-Co compound sulfide,the electrochemical performance of the sulfide obtained by vulcanizing the calcinated Zn-Co oxide is more excellent based on a series of electrochemical test.
