We designed a mid-grade Intensified Jet Reactor jet reactor.It mainly includes the following contents:bubble diameter is in the sub-millimeter-millimeter range;Compared with the traditional reactor,the reaction speed obviously improved,can generally be between 50-100%.In this paper,we use the independent design of medium enhanced liquid gas jet reactor,length and width of the device was as high as 1200 x 1250 x 2065mm.The reaction chamber of the reactor is made of organic glass is made of cylinder,diameter is 200 mm,height of 1665mm,volume 52L,usually experiment,the cast material 40L.The experiment is designed to strengthen the injector,the use of the structure,the reactor cavity using organic glass material,the purpose is to facilitate the observation of the bubble produced by the jet.Research we found that,for jet reactor is concerned,the mixing section length is changes with increasing jet velocity,so the jet reactor there is no difference between the design of the mixing tube and diffuser,but collectively,drop tube.For the drop tube,we focus on the influence of different drop tube length transformation,and the effect of the different end opening of the same drop tube length on the performance of the ejector.We mainly from the following several aspects of research:(1)gas entrainment rate,?1.For the reactor designed by this experiment,we take the way to carry gas.We study different drop tube in length,the end of the opening mode of the change of the entrainment effect of gas;to this at the same time,we also consider the temperature to the entrainment effect of gas,we set the 0-5?,15 to 20? and 50 to 55 three temperature interval to classification research,and make a comparison;finally,we try to combine the previous studies are derived from the fit of the experiment device of gas suction rate theoretical formula of volume,for the further design of the reactor provides the basis.(2)Sauter bubble diameter d32.This description of a diffusion system,a more reasonable method of bubble diameter,the statistical calculation method of this diameter has been verified by several experiments.d32/dM ratio is between 0.6?0.75.We can also calculate the liquid-gas phase boundary area in the whole jet reactor by the Sauter bubble diameter d32,and then we can consider whether the jet reactor has advantages in mass transfer(3)Energy consumption.Energy consumption is an important factor to be considered in industrial production.For this reactor,the volume of the reactor has reached a certain size,so the energy consumption of this reactor can be a reference for the next design.As long as we have measured the amount of energy required for each of the 10000m2 liquid and gas phases in this reaction,and then converted to standard coal.We also qualitatively studied the composition of various energy consumption..Research shows that:in the water-air system,the different drop tube form design of jet reactor volume absorption gas stability,efficiency,have obvious influence,for same diameter and same end of the open hole decreased tube,down tube length is scroll ceiling,the better the stability of gas and entrainment of the system volume is small.Down at the end of the tube holes form has a certain effect on the performance of the reactor,the small aperture of small bubbles formed some influence but not conclusive;and the total area of the holes opened fall below 50%,spray device performance will be significantly affected,or even failure.For this jet reactor,the d32 is in 0.8mm?3.0mm,mainly between 1.0mm?2.Omm,compared with the bubble column has obvious advantages,but there is still a certain gap between micron grade bubbles.The liquid gas phase boundary area of the unit volume can be generated by the device can reach 3500m2/m3 or more,and the liquid gas phase boundary area can be kept in a relatively wide liquid flow range of 2500 m2/m3 or more.
