With the rapid development of economy,a large number of energies consumption have already brought heavy pressure to environment and human beings,especially the further exploitation of fossol energy and the destruction of ecological environment.Therefore,human beings have to explore new energies or make full use of limited resources comprehensively.And so on,in order to adapt to the current tension,among them,it newly requires the high-efficient utilization of industrial solid waste,that is to realize its recycling utilization of high value-added.As well as zero emissions eventually.However,one of the most industrial solod wastes in the present world,its utilization rate remains low,thus how to make the most use of steel slag resources to serve our modern construction has been a hot issue in the building materials industry.Nowadays,the application technology of concrete industry constantly develops,so does the increasingly higher requirements of its performance.At the same time,with its expansive abundance there are C2S,C3S and in steel slag compositions similar with that of cement components,so steel slag has broad application prospects in cement concrete industry.What is more,it is of great importance to save cement raw material resources and reduce environmental pollution.After crushing,magnetic separation,grinding and other processes of the original ecological steel slag,putting different proportions steel slag powder and steel slag fine powder respectively as admixture and fine aggregate into concrete,which breaks the application technological bottle neck of steel slag being admixture and fine aggregate together,the article discusses the impacts of different proportions of steel slag powder and sand ratio on the working properties,mechanical properties and durability of the concrete,specifically on concrete flow properties,compressive strength,flexural strength,anti-perm eability,drying shrinkage and other sides so us to get the optimum eco-friendly concrete mix proportion.Experimental results show that the mixed steel slag can effectively improve the workability and durability concrete,but it can lead to its reduction of compressive strength and increase of its flexural strength and elastic modulus in a certain dosage.The increase of sand ratio can reduce the workability of concrete,but is conducive to reducing the amount of the gel material and its strength is relatively increased.When steel slag powder conten is 20%,and sand ratio is 0.38,the various performance of concrete achieves the optimal.Its compressive strength of 7 days can reach 23.76MPa,28 days 25.52MPa,56 days 30.56MPa,which belongs to the real moderate intensity concrete.
