In recent years,with the rapid development of the continued growth of the population and the economy,the process of urbanization continues to advance,the steady increase in the standard of living,increasing every year in our country life sewage and industrial wastewater discharge,heavy metal wastewater,belonging to high toxicity,high cost,difficult to be biodegraded,a serio us threat to the limited water resources in our country,and in a certain degree of harm to human life and health.Study on the biological method has both high efficiency,low cost,low energy consumption,strong selective advantage.Studies have reported an increasing number of biological method was applied in the treatment of heavy metal wastewater,in this kind of research,biological adsorbent has been the focus of researchers visited,in contrast,people on the microbial flocculant processing of heavy metal wastewater is still at a preliminary stage.The specific research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Microbial flocculant MBF-A was prepared under the optimun growth condition of the strain of arsenic resistant strain A.And the flocculation conditions of microbial flocculant MBF-A were optimized.The results showed that the microbial flocculant MBF-A had a good flocculation effect,and the flocculation rate reached 99.2%.(2)Cultivation and growth of arsenic tolerant bacteria in the optimal growth of arsenic concentration A,examines the microbial flocculant MBF-A at the different pH value,microbial flocculant MBF-A investment plus the amount of CaCl2 dosage amount and oscillation velocity,standing time and other conditions of arsenic removal performance.The results showed that the microbial flocculant MBF-A arsenic removal solution was optimum at pH 8,the arsenic removal best microbial flocculant MBF-A dosing amount to 5 ml,arsenic removal of optimum CaCl2 investment concentration is 5%,the arsenic removal best oscillation speed of 180 r/min,arsenic removal best standing time was 40 min,to achieve the maximum removal rate was 58.5%.(3)The flocculation phenomenon was observed using SEM,and the flocculation activity of the microbial flocculant MBF-A was analyzed.The analysis results confirmed that the main components of the microbial flocculant MBF-A were polysaccharide,and non reducing sugar,and the main function of the flocculant was distributed in the suspension.
