The Study On Preparation Process And Quality Standards Of Taiqi Peiyuan

Objective:to research the technology of preparation and establish the quality standards of the Taiqipeiyuan granules.Methods:(1)Use the single factor combined with orthogonal experiment design method,determine the contents of Ferulic acid,the content of nucleoside privet as the index,select the radix Chinese angelica?containing medical materials to sure aqueous alcohol extraction technology parameter;t(2)Use the single factor combined with orthogonal experiment design method,determine the contents of astragaloside IV and the content of the total polysaccharides as the index,select the top radix astragalus,medlar,medical materials to sure the water extraction technology parameter;(3)Research the moulding technology of Taiqipeiyaun granules;(4)Qualitative test with thin-layer chromatography was performed on Taiqipeiyaun granules,with all species of medical materials,use the method of HPLC to measure the contents of astragaloside IV,and the content of Ferulic acid,to make out the quality standard.Results:(1)The optim?m ethanol extraction procedure was adding 8 times amount of 60%ethanol,extracted two times,each time half hour;(2)The optim?m water extraction procedure was adding 8 times amount of water extracted three times,each time one hour;(3)The granules' moulde technology was using 10%divine comedy powder,20%dextrin as supplementary material,and 90%ethanol as bond to make granules;(4)Established the qualitative differentiation with the method of TLC of astragalus,medlar and angelica the contents of eastragaloside IV,and the content of Ferulic acid were detected by HPLC,respectively for the mobile phases:acetonitrile-water(32:68),Drift tube temperature 100?,gain 500,N2 flow rate 25 L/min;acetonitrile-0.1%Phosphoric(20:80),detect wavelength:316nm,col?mn temperature:30?,flow rate:1.0mL/min.Conclusions:The extraction technology was stable,simple and feasible.The quality standards were reliable and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of the preparations.
