In this thesis,the historical development,recent research progress and future direction of pesticides has been studied and discussed.Anthranilamide fluorinated amine compounds have caused people's attention due to their insecticidal effect,unique,efficient,low toxicity.There are many varieties have been development and widely application as an insecticide miticide.Fluoride anthranilamide has been a hot research recent years.In this thesis,fluorinated anthranilamide various synthetic routes were summarized and compared,And carried out a series of systematic experiments to determine the optimum conditions.With 2,3-difluoro-5-chloropyridine,and 2-amino-3,5-dichloro-benzoic acid as the starting material,After a small cyclization,bromination,saponification,acylation,large cyclization and open-loop.Successful synthesised fluorinated anthranilamide and intermediates,For intermediates and final products(as shown below)the synthesis process optimization,Explores the synthetic route,material ratio,reaction time,solvent,reaction temperature and catalyst on the yield of such factors,the optimum conditions was obtained.Determining the optimal suitable synthetic route for industrial production,directions total yield of 58.4%,the products were characterized by means of structural characterization of 1H NMR,IR,etc.(?)Pesticide suspensions(aqueous suspension concentrate)is a formulation development in 1970s,Now has basically becomes one of pesticide formulations in five processing formulation.Wherein the water suspensions'development was the most quickly in the history of pesticides,And has a partial replacement of wettable powders and emulsifiable concentrates,is a promising new formulation.Herein obtained 10%fluorine anthranilamide avermectin water suspension are in line with the standard analysis by geothermal reservoir,refrigerated,particle size analyzer,suspension rate and other indicators.
