Recently,sensitive detection and removal of copper ion has been widely attention,because of short exposure to high concentrations of copper ions cause gastrointestinal diseases,long-term contact will cause great damage to the liver and kidney.In this part,we study the organic probe modified on the surface of magnetic fluorescent nanosensor,for the simultaneous detection and removal of copper ions contained in the water.The results showed that the sensor can be highly sensitive,quantitative detection of copper ion selectivity,pH range is wide,the maximum adsorption capacity sensor is large,performance is better than have been reported.Through aggregation,self-settlement method has been able to achieve applied to the removal of copper ions from the contaminated water.In addition,the magnetic probe suspension can be removed by external magnetic field,and also avoids the two pollution potential.Select ZnS as the sensing material of copper ion to quantitative detection in water,because of its excellent properties,including a wide spectrum of excitation spectrum,narrow and symmetric emissionspectrum,photochemical stability,long lifetime,high fluorescence quantum yield and clean withoutpollution.More importantly,ZnS is a kind of environmental friendly nanoparticles,and no any pollution to the environment.On the other hand,Fe304 as nano materials commonly used with magnetic,magnetic strong compatibility characteristics control and good biological separation,and widely used in the pollutant.In addition,nuclear-shell structure magnetic fluorescent nanoparticles Fe3O4@ZnS is a kind of ideal structure,also is a kind of detect and remove copper ion functionalized nanomaterials.Another advantage of using core-shell structure is the ZnS shell can be direct contact protection against any of the magnetic core,which can avoid unwanted interactions,such as acid corrosion.The research results are as follows:(1)through the traditional synthetic method of mild synthetic magnetic fluorescent nanoparticles Fe3O4@ZnS found by testing its good fluorescence,fluorescence stability,which can be well used in our sensor preparation;(2)the traditional synthetic method of mild,we synthesized magnetic fluorescent nanosensor MFNPs we found that,by measuring the fluorescence properties of magnetic fluorescent nanosensor,fluorescence stability,adding copper ion fluorescence intensity had significant quenching,adding other metal ions,the fluorescence intensity is almost not quenching,based on the above properties we successfully made a magnetic fluorescent nanosensor MFNPs,can be used to analysis and remove copper ion in water very good.
