The waste-water of ASP contains a lot of single silicate and silicate,come into being a hard carbonate silicate compound scale.A big problem is to eliminate the silicon in wastewater.With asp flooding produced sewage in daqing and laboratory simulation wastewater as the main research object,combining with the results of other researchers to establish sewage in the form of silicate analysis method,Including single silicate(Sia),low polysilicic acid(Sib),high polysilicic acid(Sic)and insoluble silicate,silicate,was investigated the morphological changes and transformation rules of different pH,speed,common anion cation and other asp flooding injection agent.Application of a variety of carbonate and aluminum coagulants,study the effect of the morphology of different silicate removal efficiency,and influence the coagulant in addition to the influence factors of silicon,such as pH,rotational speed,the metal cation,has carried on the preliminary study.The experimental results show that the initial concentration of silicic acid solution is no obvious effect of silicate from poly,the transformation also had no effect in the form of silicon;Calcium,magnesium,bivalent cation had a great influence on polymerization reaction,reaction after 72 h,silicate scale rate increased by 90% compared with the pure silicate system,calcium,magnesium and other cationic will generate silicate,silicate and the reaction rate is fast,can provide crystal nucleus for polymerization silicate,calcium and magnesium silicon mixed scale;As the flow rate increases,monomer polymerization reaction,but not into scale rate increased significantly,which at the same time,the proportion of different flow rate in the system of silicate polymer increases,but the basic will not affect the end scale rate;Polyacrylamide and surfactants in a certain extent,inhibit.The polymerization of silicic acid,with the increase of the molecular weight of polyacrylamide,the silicon scale inhibition also increases,when the system temperature higher than 80 ?,polyacrylamide can hinder the silicate polymerization phenomenon;By regulating system of pH,found that are overly acidic or basic conditions of PAM on the effects of acid in the solution;Different types of carbonate scale inhibitor for the effects of different acid,contrast blank test,after 1 h reaction,containing inorganic phosphate scale inhibitor system Sia residual content increased by 5%,while remaining in the scale inhibitor containing organic polymer class system Sia content was reduced by 40%,increases as the solution pH,Sia,increased levels of Sic proportion less gradually;Comparing three kinds of aluminum salt scale inhibitor,scale inhibition effect of PAC best,silicate on the medium concentration in solution,reaction 1 h after the rest of the whole silicon content is only 33.6 mg/L,but when pH after more than 10,Sia and Sic content were increased dramatically,pH = 12,Sia content is 192.7 mg/L,Sic content is 231.5mg/L;Metal cations on the organic phosphonic acid salt scale inhibitor to remove silicon efficiency all have different degrees of buff,divalent metal from has inhibitory effect on the PAC coagulation to remove silicon,and ferric iron ions can promote the PAC to remove silicon efficiency.
