Gannan is called the South "rare earth kingdom",and it is the main producing area of ion type rare earth.Methods for the exploitation of rare earth,the main use of ammonium sulfate solution and the replacement of rare earth elements in soil.The leaching mining technology,easy to cause the serious soil erosion,the residual ammonium sulfate solution will cause soil acidification,the mining area of concrete also has a corrosive effect.In order to optimize the design and guide construction to provide technical support,improve the corrosion resistance of concrete structure under sulfate environment,In this paper,the concrete corrosion resistance of concrete is studied by the concrete preparation and corrosion protection technology,and the following valuable conclusions are obtained.(1)The corrosion of concrete is influenced by the internal and external factors in the corrosion environment of ammonium sulfate.In the third chapter,under the factors affecting the concentration of ammonium sulfate solution,mixing water pollution,water cement ratio and paste aggregate ratio,Study on the corroded concrete appearance,damage strength,mass loss rate and stress-strain curve.(2)There are different ways of concrete corrosion corrosion solution of ammonium sulfate,one of the most widely used mineral admixtures.This paper through doped with different amount of fly ash,mixed with different amount of slag and different ratio of double doped equivalent substitution of cement mechanical properties,including concrete compressive and flexural strength,mass loss rate and the stress-strain curve;In addition,the analysis of concrete mixing and the use of preservative corrosion effect under the condition of slag cement,and through XRF and SEM technology,from the microscopic analysis of corrosion mechanism of concrete by ammonium sulfate solution.The preservatives,mineral admixture anti corrosion solution of ammonium sulfate has good effect and resistance of slag cement to ammonium sulphate ability is not obvious.(3)Through the first two chapters of different influence factors of concrete compressive strength test results,using GM(1,1)model was used to fit the compressive strength of the model and its service life was predicted.The results show that it can reflect the variation regularity of corroded concrete with age,with better value.
