The two-photon excitation has significantly outperforms the single-photon excitation of space locality,resolution,penetrating and low-light damage,etc..In recent years,the synthesis and application of organic dual-photon materials are of high-profile.Two-photon science and technology needs two-photon activity of conjugated organic materials which have functional activity units,as well as excellent optical,thermal and chemical stability,but the small molecule and polymer conjugate system with these fine characteristics were rarely reported.In this paper,single/double alkylation of pyrrole and pyrrole-dione(DPP)Suzuki coupling with a variety of aryl compounds,we designed and synthesized a series of large two-photon activity,new fluorescent fluoride ion sensing DPP conjugate of ? center macromolecule.The X-DPP have good single and two-photon fluoride ions sensing characteristics with the fluorescence quantum yield of more than 50%.DPP-TPA not only indicates fluoride ion in single and double photon and its two-photon absorption cross section reaches 1800GM.Polymers P-DPP-FLR in single-photon fluoride ion sensing,two-photon absorption cross section is up to 8500GM;P-DPP-of CBZ can be applied in two-photon fluoride ions sensing,two-photon absorption cross section is up to 3500GM.This is the first synthetic polymer sensing compound can be applied to ion monitoring.Furthermore these DPP derivatives have more obvious two-photon sensing properties than the single-photon sensing characteristics in the detection of fluoride irons.In this paper,DPP amide hydrogen complexed with fluorine ions caused single/two-photon absorption and fluorescence properties change,expanded the type and scope of application of the DPP-based conjugated polymer,new performance and functionality of conjugated organic two-photon materials system,with important theoretical and practical significance for the development of two-photon science and technology.
