Research On Regeneration Technology And Application Of Recycled Phenolic Resins

In this study the recyclability of the thermosetting phenolic resin had been systematically discussed.From the result of screen analysis,the most of phenolic resin waste samples is the samples mesh number in 200-400,followed by the item number is 400-800 mesh phenolic resin waste samples.From the result of the UV spectrum of the ethanol solution of thermosetting phenolic resin,the crushed waste phenolic resin corresponding to the-C=O stretching vibration absorption value significantly lower than the new phenolic resin.With the increase of the mesh number of the crushed waste phenolic resin,it corresponding to the-C=O stretching vibration absorption value increases.From the result of the IR spectra of the phenolic resin samples it could be found that,the peak intensity of 200,400,800 mesh and'800 mesh phenolic resin waste samples in peak of 670,1028,1380,1620,3460 and 3697 cm-1 which is respectively corresponding to the-OH bending vibration,-OH bending vibration,-C=O stretching vibration,-OH stretching vibration and-OH stretching vibration increases with its mesh size.On the profile of PFxRPFzy series samples by scanning electron microscopy,the "particle" particle size of crushed waste phenolic resin obviously decreases with the increase of crushed waste phenolic resin mesh.After joining resorcinol or bisphenol A,the cross section of PFxRPFZYRESvw and PF85RPF20015BPA200w samples it can still be seen the "particle" of crushed waste phenolic resin evenly dispersed.But the "particle" of crushed waste phenolic resin is covered by many "ductile damage" of phenolic resin tensile fracture cross section.Under fixed mesh of crushed waste phenolic resin,the tensile strength,IZOD impact strength and molding shrinkage value of PFXRPFzy and PFxRPFzyRESvw samples down with the content of crushed waste phenolic resin increased.Under fixed mesh of crushed waste phenolic resin,the specific gravity and corresponding water absorption number of PFxRPFzy and PFxRPFzyRESvw samples decrease with the content of crushed waste phenolic resin increased.It is important to note that,under fixed content of crushed waste phenolic resin,the tensile strength,IZOD impact strength and molding shrinkage value of PFxRPFzy and PFxRPFzyRESvw samples increase with the mesh of crushed waste phenolic resin increased.under fixed content of crushed waste phenolic resin,the specific gravity and corresponding water absorption number of PFxRPFzy and PFxRPFzyRESvw samples decrease with the mesh of crushed waste phenolic resin increased.
