Traditional cigarette making machine's synchronizing system usually employs mechanical transmission mode with gear,synchronous belt etc.which have some certain limits in working speed,running accuracy and flexibility of the system.Employing the independent servo drive technology in the synchronizing system of cigarette making machine can extremely simplify the mechanical structure,reduce the running noise and improve the running accuracy,in the meantime,it can also benefit the machine's flexible design.As the multi-motor synchronous servo control system is a strong-coupled,multivariable and non-linear system,adding the influence of load disturbance during the productive process,its synchronous accuracy and stability remain to be further improved.Aiming at the synchronous accuracy problem of cigarette making machine's multi-axis synchronous servo control system,this paper proposed an adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy with fuzzy compensation.Computer simulation and experiment results show that this synchronization strategy has high control accuracy and good stability behavior.At first,this paper analyzed basic structure and operating principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),and then studied its physical and mathematical model,built the simulation model of PMSM by employing the vector control method.Its motion control strategy employed there closed-loop control,built the simulation model of its there closed-loop control.Through analyzing traditional multi-axis synchronization strategy and comparing their performance and applicable occasion,the paper got the conclusion that adjacent coupling synchronization control strategy is most suitable for cigarette making machine's synchronizing system.Based on traditional adjacent coupling synchronization control strategy,the paper proposed an adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy with fuzzy compensation.The paper built the simulation model of traditional multi-axis synchronization strategy and adjacent deviation coupling synchronization strategy with fuzzy compensation,simulation comparison shows that the adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy with fuzzy compensation has higher control accuracy and better stability behavior.Through analyzing the technological process and drive system of cigarette making machine,the paper selected 8 typical drums as the study object,used the adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy on the 8-drums system,adding fuzzy compensation between the drums which has load disturbance.Though modeling and simulation of the 8-drums system,the results show that the synchronization control strategy presented in this paper have high control accuracy,quick convergence rate,well stability behavior and can efficiently achieve the application request.At last,though experiments on the servo drive experiment platform,the paper compared and analyzed the synchronization performance of master command synchronization control strategy,adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy and adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy with fuzzy compensation.The experiment results show that adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy can satisfy the application of normal drums,as to the drums with load disturbance,adjacent deviation coupling synchronization control strategy with fuzzy compensation can ensure the high synchronization accuracy and good robustness.
