Coal is China's important energy and raw materials,the basis of Shanxi Province is important coal production base in China.The nineties of the last century,due to the drilling process,equipment and mining level restrictions,most of the small coal mine in Shanxi Province,knife pillar mining method by lane pillar,the coal recovery rate of less than 30%,caused great damage to the coal resources and waste,left a lot of CanCai resources,the residual coal resources to carry out second mining is a requirement for the sustainable development of coal resources development in our country.Taiyuan university of science and technology joint shanxi jincheng anthracite mining group co.,LTD.Jointly to declare the success of the large coal base is key technology integration and high recovery rate of resources exploitation demonstration ""twelfth five-year" national science and technology support plan2,in this paper,the complex residual coal mining area tunneling through the caving zone of roadway surrounding rock control method are studied,the field of roadway surrounding rock control technology has great theoretical significance and guiding significance.This thesis to st China coal residual coal mine as the engineering background,study the structure of loose coal and rock mechanical properties and the destruction rule of movement and put forward the "deep hole grouting pipe roof(shallow)+for tents,metal mesh+steel belt+back" combined support form,further study of the modification of related law of broken coal and rock grouting.Paper main research content is as follows:1.To st China coal as the background,the residual coal occurrence conditions and geological conditions of coal mining roadway drivage st China meet type classification of surrounding rock;2.Through the analysis of loose coal and rock mass structure and physical and mechanical properties of the medium coal and rock mechanics model is set up,the medium stress distribution rule and movement regularity of particles;Through the establishment of the arch structure and the formation of self organization,analysis of loose coal and rock from stable to unstable and stable form change rule;3.Put forward the second mining roadway drivage through breakage caving zone with "deep hole grouting pipe roof(shallow)+for tents,metal mesh+steel belt+back" joint supporting of roadway surrounding rock control method;4.Through indoor and broken coal and rock grouting modified experiment,reveals the cement slurry in the inside of the broken coal and rock flowing law,it is concluded that the grouting pressure,water cement ratio,porosity,grout diffusion radius,grouting quantity and entities of the constitutive relation between the parameters such as compressive strength,tested the cement grouting reinforcement of broken coal and rock reinforcement effect.
