Now in the manufacturing,High-speed milling cutter is widely used in machine tool parts and efficient processing.In the machine tool parts processing because of machine tool parts is heavy and structure is large,making processing time is long?energy consumption is large and the workpiece machining effect is not consistent,the reason lies in the effective energy in the process of cutting didn't get effective control.So,evaluation of energy efficiency and energy efficiency in the process of high speed cutting control method is the problem to be solved in the application of high speed milling cutters.At the same time,the realization of the efficient milling has great significance to energy conservation and emissions reduction.This paper base on the topic High-Grade Machine Tools and basic manufacturing equipment" major projects of science and technology project" Water chamber head and milling machining center's important parts processing technology research(2011ZX04002-111-05),combined the actual effective machining manufacturing enterprise,in order to realize the high speed milling cutter's cutting process design of energy efficiency for the purpose.According to the energy distribution,cutting efficiency evaluation,high speed milling cutter's vibration and wear in the process of high speed cutting analysis of the influence of the cutting efficiency,the study of high speed milling cutter's energy efficiency and its control method:Aiming at the energy distribution in machine tool parts processing and energy consumption issues,analyzed the energy consumption in the process of milling,established the model of cutting energy efficiency for high speed milling cutter;Aiming at the effect of energy change influenced on machining object in high speed cutting process,put forward the milling cutter's cutting thickness and surface residual volume can effect comparing evaluation index,establish the milling efficiency model of high efficiency milling cutter,and give the method of milling cutter's cutting energy efficiency by the experiment,production field oriented cutter cutting performance and high efficiency.On the basis of obtaining milling cutter's cutting efficiency,analyzed the milling cutter's vibration impact on the stability of the cutting efficiency,reveals the milling cutter's the relationship of vibration,wear and energy efficiency,established the criterion of milling cutter's cutting energy efficiency stability,established the design target for Hgh-speed milling cutter's cutting process design of energy efficiency.Based on the influence mechanism of milling vibration on the cutting efficiency,further analyzes the influence on the cutting efficiency of the milling cutter wear,revealing the relationship between milling cutter's wear,revealing the relationship between milling cutter's wear,energy efficiency and the can of cutting effect comparing,established Wear criterion and control methods of the milling cutting efficiency stability,improved the energy efficiency design goal of high speed milling cutter.According to the design goal for the energy efficiency of High-speed milling cutter's cutting process,according to the efficient milling process design of cutting efficiency targets,put forward the high speed milling cutter's cutting energy efficiency of process design method,established design process of cutting process energy efficiency,realized the control of high speed milling cutter energy efficiency.by cutting HT300's milling process experiment validate the result of the design.
