Heating film is a kind of burgeoning material,it can quickly convert electrical energy into heat energy and transmit the heart energy in the form of radiation.It can fast heating-up and achieve the effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction.However,in the practical applications,the contact resistance between the metal electrode and the heating film will increase at the constantly changing temperatures.The contact resistance will affect the effect of application and reduce the service time.Therefore,it is very important to prepare a kind of conductive adhesive which is applied to connect the electrode and heating film under the environment of 25 ??80? over a long period of time.In this paper,the carbon black was used as conductive filler,a variety of thermoplastic resins were used as matrix,and many kinds of additives were added,then the thermoplastic conductive adhesive with conductive and connected performance was obtained.The influence of the loading and the ball milling process of carbon black on the conductivity of hte conductive adhesive were studied by measuring the volume resistivity and shear strength using the requirements for conductivity and dynamic viscosity which comes from enterprise as the detecting index.The reacticve ratio of thermoplastic resin,adhesive resin and additive was potimized to determine the best processing condition:the ball milling time of carbon black is 100 r/min for 2 h,the loading of carbon black is 30 wt%of the system,the contnet of mixed resin is 60 wt%of the system,hte loading of NDZ-201 is 2 wt%of the system,the content of Span-80 is 1 wt%of the system,the content of dibutylo-phthalate is 7 wt%of the system.At this time,the volume resistivity of conductive adhesive is 3.5 ×10-2?·cm,the shear strength is 9.5 MPa.The technology of solidify was determined according to the boiling point.The optimum technology is:solidifying for 1h at 50?.Solidifying for 1.5 h at 80?.A conclusion is drawed by the analysis of the results of tests using FT-IR,TG and DSC:the components of the system is steady before and after the solidifing process without chemical reaction happening and the system can meet the need for using under the conditions bearing temperature rise and fall repeatedly.
