Bisphenol F(BPF)and bisphenol AF(BPAF)is an endocrine-disrupting compounds(EDCs)to disrupt human and wild animals endocrine system,that may reduced fertility,feminization,reproductive organ anomalies.To detection of trace BPF and BPF is very important,and can control its safe use in production and living.Studies on the interaction of BPAF with human serum albumin(HSA)using fluorescence and electrochemical method can provide appropriately understanding its effect on protein function during the blood transportation process and its toxicological action in vivo.In this paper,determination of BPF/BPAF was carried out on multi-walled carbon nanotubes-COOH(MWCNT-COOH)modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE)using cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).A detailed study of the optimized conditions was performed by the pH and kinds of buffer solution,effect of scan rate,accumulation time and the amount of modifier.Determination of BPF/BPAF was carried out in single system.The results show that the oxidation of BPF/BPAF lose electrons on the electrode surface via adsorption-controlled process,electrode reaction is the two electrons/two protons process and both BPF/BPAF on the MWCNT-COOH/GCE are an irreversible redox reaction.Under the optimized conditions,the oxidation peak current was proportional to BPF concentration the range from 0.12 to 6.01 ?gˇmL-1the detection limit was 0.11 ?gˇmL-1(S/N=3).Two linear relationships with BPAF concentration range of 0.02-0.08 ?molˇL-1,0.1-8 ?molˇL-1and a detection limit of 0.0077 ?molˇL-1(S/N=3).the stability of modified electrode and actual samples experiments was carried out.Moreover,the electrode showed good reproducibility,stability and anti-interference,can applied to determine BPF/BPAF in real samples.We also simultaneous determination of BPF/BPAF in mixed system.The results show that the peak current of BPF/BPAF increased linearly with their concentration in the ranges of 0.6-1.6 mmolˇL-1,the detection limits were 0.1243 mmolˇL-1 and 0.1742 mmolˇL-1(S/N=3).the stability of modified electrode and actual samples experiments was carried out.Moreover,the electrode showed good reproducibility,stability and anti-interference,can applied to determine BPF/BPAF in real samples.The interaction between BPAF and HSA was investigated using fluorescence,electrochemical method,UV-vis absorption and molecular modeling studies.The results showed that in the presence of HSA the peak currents of BPAF decreased linearly induced by the formation of BPAF-HSA complex.The results of modeling indicated that the interaction between BPAF and HSA was hydrophobic and electrostatic synergy.
