Cured epoxy resin has excellent comprehensive performance,high strength,strong adhesive viscosity and pressure resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,electrical insulation performance stability,resistance to high and low temperature performance and low curing shrinkage rate,at the same time easy to processing molding and low cost,is currently in castable,molding,adhesives,paint,building materials,engineering machinery,aerospace,insulating materials and advanced composite materials in areas such as widely used.Pure epoxy resin after curing,quality of a material is hard and brittle,impact strength,flexibility and wet and heat resistance is poor.In order to further improve the practical value of the epoxy resin,meet the demand of more applications,often on the toughening modification,to get more extensive application in the practical production.Waterborne epoxy coatings for metal has excellent adhesive force,at the same time has good alkali resistance,but the coating,the surface tension of the hydrophobic,fluoride organic material due to its low surface tension and excellent chemical resistance,heat resistance,electrical insulation properties,has been in the electronics,electrical,chemical,machinery,instrument and meter,building,metal surface treatment and other industrial fields widely as high and low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,insulation and anti-sticking material used.In order to improve the hydrophobicity of waterborne epoxy coatings,developed a kind of waterborne epoxy curing agent as the substrate,add ptfe micro powder,with waterborne epoxy curing two-component waterborne epoxy coating hydrophobicity.The coating has good hydrophobic self-cleaning and sex,can be used for sheet metal surface,the concrete surface and so on used as self-cleaning coating pollutionprevention.At first,this paper studies a method of preparation of waterborne epoxy coatings.Defoaming agent is added in the epoxy curing agent,leveling agent,wetting dispersants and other additives and titanium dioxide,talcum powder,ptfe micro powder,such as packing,and waterborne epoxy emulsion mixing in proportion,the epoxy coating coated on tinplate piece,the coating appearance,adhesion,impact resistance,hardness,flexibility and other mechanical properties testing,comparing different addition amount of various fillers and additives on the influence of coating performance,and find the best ratio,fillers and additives to produce m performance in all aspects of a new type of waterborne epoxy coatings are good.Results show that in terms of fillers,when the mass proportion that place of titanium dioxide is more than 24% can completely cover the base material.With the increase of dosage of talcum powder,coating impact resistance,adhesion,flexibility and hardness increases after the first reduce trends.And titanium dioxide and ptfe micro powder mass ratio of 20% and14% when effect is best,can combine closely with epoxy resin to bond.In terms of auxiliary agent,defoamer,leveling agent and wetting dispersant have little impact on mechanical properties of film,when the total defoaming agent accounting for 0.09%,flow ping agent accounted for 0.9%,the total coating of defoaming and coating flow leveling can achieve good results.Wetting dispersant can effectively increase the shrinkage resistance of the coating and flow property,when the wetting dispersant dosage of 0.08%,defoaming property right,and other performance is best.Then by infrared spectra analysis,thermogravimetric(TG,SEM and contact Angle test technology of coating were analyzed,and the combination of the epoxy resin curing condition and packing.
