In recent years, the researches of chemical constituents in microorganism have caught more and more interests. The chemical constituents with new structure separated from microorganism have become one of the main resources of leading compounds. The plant endophytic fungi and advanced fungi have a great proportion in microorganism. Therefore,in the present study, the metabolites from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim endophytic fungi and Cyathus striatus were extracted, separated, identified and studied about the bioactivity.By using various chromatographic separation technics and analytic methods,4compounds were identified and the anticancer activity of one of the 4 was evaluated. The main results are as follows. One compound,Fumitremorgin C,which is one of the secondary metabolites obtained from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim endophytic fungi, was extracted and structurally identified.Three compounds were extracted from the secondary metabolites of Cyathus striatus and identified, and compound 1 was Eudesmane sesquiterpene lactones: 3?,6?-dihydroxycinnamolide,and the other 2 compounds were Cyathane diterpenoids compounds.Using the prostate cancer cell(PC-3)as model, the anticancer activity of compound 1was preliminarily evaluated. The result showed it nearly had no effect on the cancer cell.
