According to the statistics, the disease and death spectrum change significantly in recent years and NCD have become the leading cause of death.Malignant tumor is a major reason of death for NCD.It has become a major disease which seriously endangers human life and health, and restricts the development of society and economy. The key to the treatment of malignant tumors is three early, including early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. The major cellular metabolites, free fatty acids(FFAs)play an important role during tumor pathogenesis.Leading to fatty acid synthesis increased in tissues is a characteristic feature of cancer. Therefore, measuring FFAs in vivo is very important for cancer research and clinical diagnosis. In this paper, the FFAs in colonic cancer tissues were studied. To avoid the interference of other components in the tumor tissue to the target composition, the extraction and analysis conditions were explored in the organization.By using HPLC/MS MRM technology,we establish a reliable method for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of 22 kinds of FFAs in human tumor tissues in 15 min.The precision of day and intra-day were less than 5%.At the same time,FFAs in tumor tissues of 10 patients and control group were determined. Results showed that 9 kinds of FFAs including C22:6,C20:3,C20:2,C24:1,C20:1,C16:1,C14:1,C18:0 and C16:0 were significantly increased, which is an important basis for clinical diagnosis and cancer research.
