Heterocyclic organic compounds are commercially important using as chemical intermediates,fine chemicals,pharmaceutical intermediates,and play an important role in the field of scientific research,chemical industry and medicine fields.In chapter ?,Acridine orange derivatives as a class of important heterocyclic compounds have attracted considerable interest owing to its unique heterocyclic chemistry and fluorescence spectral properties.In recent years acridine orange derivatives in the application of labeled tumor cells and other aspects of research become a research upsurge.Acridine orange as the key raw materials of acridine orange derivatives,the existing synthesis mostly require harsh reaction conditions,low purity,and mostly rely on imports,expensive.In this paper,acridine orange was synthesized by the reaction of methane base with nitrification and other reactions.The reaction was relatively mild and the yield was high.Six kinds of N-alkyl acridine orange derivatives were obtained by quatemization and the method was simple.Their structures are characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR spectrum.Their photophysical properties were explored by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy.The UV spectra showed that they had strong characteristic absorption at 496 nm and 470 nm.Fluorescence eeission spectra indicated that pH had a great effect on fluorescence emission and had the maximum fluorescence intensity when pH was 7.45.In chapter ?,isoluminol derivatives have become a wide range of new chemiluminescent reagents because of their higher luminous quantum yield,better water solubility,chemiluminescence reactions with a variety of oxidants,and even higher than luminous stability of luminol.In this paper,five kinds of N,N-dialkane isoluminol derivatives were designed and designed under the mild experimental conditions,and all compounds are characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR spectrum.Their photophysical properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra.The UV spectra showed strong absorption at 297 nm and 240 nm.Fluorescence emission spectra indicated that pH had a great effect on fluorescence emission.When pH>7,the fluorescence intensity was stable.In chapter IV,The synthesis of N-phenothiazine propanesulfonate in one step reaction with phenothiazine as basic material,which has high yield,simple operation and simple purification.The compound is characterized by*H NMR,13C NMR and IR spectrum.And its application to the luminol-H2O2-HRP system,the enhancement effect is remarkable,the stability is excellent.In the range of 0.25-8×10-10g/mL,HRP enzyme concentration has a good linear relationship with the relative intensity of luminescence.The linear curve is obtained by the standard curve equation Y=9.3054+2.4677X,the correlation coefficient R2=0.9985.
