With the growth of the population and the rapid development of social economy,make a lot of heavy metal pollutants into the soil environment, causing serious soil heavy metal pollution. Lead and copper are two kinds of common beavy metal pollutants in soil environment, they enter the human body through the food-chain, endanger human health ultimately. As far as the argriculture soil,organic fertilizer has deeply influence about the adsorption of heavy metals in soil. This study add 6 kinds materials of common organic fertilizer (algae,sheep-manure,chicken-manure, amino acid,soymeal,tobacco) into the heavy metal lead and copper solution and soil, to go through the experiment of adsorption and desorption,aimed at parimary investigating diffirent materials of organic fertilizer's absorption capacities and mechanisms of metals in solution and soil including Pb2+ and Cu2+, provide the theory support of relates heavy metal pollution restoration of soil. The results showed that:1. The Langmuir Sorption Isotherm Model can describe the metal isothermal adsorption behavior of Pb2+ and Cu2+ in solution and Pb2+ and Cu2+ in mixed solution of 6 kinds organic fertilizer better. The isothermal adsorption of Pb2+ and Cu2+ in solution from 6 kinds of organic fertilizer belongs to the single molecule layer adsorption, identify with the single adsorption of Pb2+ and Cu2+.2. In aqueous solution the situation of pollution of single heavy metal, in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the tobacco have the highest absorption amount, the amount is 333.67mg/g. And in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the tobacco have the highest desorption amount, the amount is 47.40% of total absorption amount. Compare with the absorption of Pb2+, in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the algae have the highest absorption amount of Cu2+, the amount is 69.51mg/g, and in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the algae have the highest continue desorption amount, the amount is 94.00% of all absorption amount. At the situation of mixed heavy metal pollution, in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the soymeal have the highest absorption amount of Pb2+, the amount is 304.0mg/g, and in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers absorption fully, the desorption amount of sheep-manure is 54.63% of total amount, more than half of the total amount. Compared with absorption of Pb2+, in the 6 kinds of organic fertilizers, the algae have the highest absorption capacity at 36.13 mg/g. The lead amount on chicken manure through desorption is 95.64%, almost desorpted absolutely.3. The high oxygen content and oxygen containing functional groups of organic fertilizers could increase the absorption sites and substantivity of organic fertilizers for heavy metals, thereby improve the absorption capacities of organic fertilizers for heavy metals.4. By increasing lead fraction bound to organic matter of contaminated soil, the application of seaweed fertilizer significantly reduced the content of bioavailability of lead in soil. While, the application of organic fertilizer prepared by soybean meal increased the content of residual fraction of copper and the mixed lead and copper in the contaminated soil, which significantly reduced the content of bioavailability copper and the mixed lead and copper in the soil.
