The solar spectral conversion film transform the light which is harmful to crops(uv light, for example)into the benefits,on the retain the basic of light which necessary for the growth of crops. In this way,the solar spectral conversion film can increase yield of crop and improve crop quality.Mn4+ions with 5d levels show emission bands whose locations strongly depend on the host lattices because of the dependences of the crystal fields. Its emission focused on the 640 nm,which match the plant chlorophyll absorption spectrum.(1)The designed red-emitting phosphors Ca1-yAl12-x-m-nO19:xMn4+,yBi3+,mMg2+,nB3+(CAO:MBMB)with strong absorption at ultraviolet(UV)and blue region were synthesized.Through the excitation and emission spectra, diffuse reflection spectra,it is proved that Bi3+ ion plays a role of sensitizer to the enhancement of optical property, especially the increased excitation intensity of blue light. For powder phosphor, the intensity of the UV excitation band of CAO:MBMB grows to at least 1.5 times than that of CaAl12O19:0.5%Mn4+,following with a uplift at about 400 nm.Meanwhile,CaAl12O19:Mn,Bi-based luminescence manifests with a more than 2.5 times increase as y=5.0%.(2)Phosphors have been made in the best formula,on the basis of the sol gel method is adopted to synthesize the phase purity of phosphors with characteristics of red light emission. At the same time, the orthogonal experiment was carried out to explore the influence of the temperature and time.(3)Design the experiments to explore the influence of B3+and Bi3+ions to the a range of Mn4+aluminate phosphor. And compare the best formula and the red phosphor. We also apply this kind of phosphor to light conversion films.
